Villa with Fantastic view of the gulf of Epidavros and the islands of Argosaronic Sea like Aigina, Agistri, Kira & Methana.

The Villa is in 3 levels. Level Α is about 100sq m & it can be used as an independent villa as it contains 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with TV.

Level B contains a fully equipped kitchen, WC,a large living room with fireplace & TV & large verandas in order to enjoy the incredible view.

Level B contacts with level C (with internal stairs) which contains 2 large bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms and verandas.
Outside the villa there is a large garden of 2000sq m with grass,flowers & trees,a swimming pool of 75sq m, extra shower near pool,BBQ & parking for your cars. There are big umbrellas for the sun a& garden chairs/table.General info:dishwasher, washing machine,fridge, freezer , grill,oven, central heating, air-conditioning,towels,sheets,internet.

Wonderful

We loved the house and found dealing with the owners a pleasure. The place is as pretty as it seems from the pictures and the view is incredible. The owners were extremely responsive to our needs. If we emailed them a question we got back a reply immediately. If we needed their presence (for example, to interpret a dashboard message on our rental car, or to help explain the washing machine) they came by right away. We didn't get to meet Panos, but enjoyed meeting and dealing with his wife and daughter.

Wonderful place, relaxing with an incredible view

We spent last year one week in the Villa Epidavros 1. It was really great, with an incredible view. Panos helped us everytime we need. He gave a lot of interesting advices about the area, the place to see, the restaurants.... He is fully cutomer oriented and we liked that a lot. Nothing to add, everything was perfect. Toller Urlaub in der Villa Panos 4

Wir haben die Villa „Panos 4“ im August 2014 mit zwei Familen (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder im Alter von 7-15 Jahren) gebucht und elf wundervolle Tage in Palea Epidaurus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ganz oben am Hang und bietet einen spektakulären Blick über die Bucht. Die Anlage ist uneinsehbar von den umliegenden Häusern und bietet daher sehr viel Privatsphäre. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insbesondere die stilvolle Beleuchtung am Abend macht die Abende auf der Terrasse zu einem tollen Erlebnis. Wir haben dort viele sehr gemütliche Abende bei einem guten Glas Wein verbracht. Der Pool ist relativ groß und tief, so dass man sich dort sehr gut entspannen kann. Im Wasser liegend kann man den wunderbar den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung sind grobsandig bis kieselig. Hier kann es sehr angenehm sein, wenn man Badeschuhe besitzt. Das Wasser ist wunderbar klar, so dass man stundenlang schnorcheln kann. Hierfür bietet sich vor allem die versunkene Stadt an, die ca. 80-100 m vom Strand entfernt liegt. Das komplette Haus ist klimatisiert, dadurch waren die Nächte sehr erholsam. Wir haben trotz der Wärme draußen sehr gut geschlafen. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer im Obergeschoss sind absolut super, die im Untergeschoss gut und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen für eine solch große Truppe braucht. Nicht alles in einheitlichem Design, aber völlig ausreichend. Der große Kühlschrank, ein großer Gefrierschrank, ein guter Backofen mit Ceranfeld sowie eine Spülmaschine runden das sehr gute Gesamtbild ab. Mit anderen Worten: Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Als Ausflugsziele für Tagesausflüge mit Kindern eignen sich vor allem eine Fahrt in die wundervolle ehemalige Hauptstadt Nafplio, ein Besuch der sandigen Strände in der Nähe von Nafplio und eine Fahrt zur Insel Poros. Der Service der Vermieter ist absolut top! Bereits im Vorfeld erhielten wir kurzfristig zufriedenstellende Antworten auf all unsere Fragen. Auch vor Ort kümmerten sich die Eltern des Vermieters Panos (Thassos und Getty) aufopfernd um unser Wohl. Sie und Panos standen stets als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und versorgten uns ganz nebenbei fast täglich mit Orangen oder Feigen. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub, an den wir uns noch lange erinnern werden. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Thassos, Getty und Panos.

London family stay in Christina 3 August 2014

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this villa with our two teenage sons and sister's family also consisting of teenagers. We always holiday in Greece (normally staying on Greek Islands) and have stressful jobs, so our holiday every year is very important to us and we have high expectations! We can honestly say that we were not disappointed. The villa is simply beautiful. Modern, clean, with everything you need available. We spent a lot of time at the villa and we never tired of the absolutely stunning views from the balconies and pool and we always looked forward to returning to it after days out. There is lots to do. We visited The amphitheatre, Mycenae, Nafplio and the islands of Spetses and Poros. There are local restaurants and cafés in Epidavros which is a few minutes away by car and the beach is literally five minutes walk away. The owners are so welcoming, kind, very helpful and never intrusive. A lovely family who work hard to ensure we had everything we needed, whether it be directions and maps, advice on restaurants, help when our sons locked themselves out (!) or a plentiful supply of figs. Cleaners were arranged around times that suited us rather than a set time each week. We all had an amazing holiday and were extremely relaxed when we left. We miss picking and squeezing oranges every morning and that beautiful view..... Thank you to Panos and family for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back.

The best that you can get!

We were 2 famililes retning villa Kristina 3 for 2 week in July. When you rent from a private villa you are not sure what you get. Will there be a house for you at all! I can assure you that your vacation at Villa Kristina 3 or the othef Villas owned by family Tsolis will one of your best. The Villa, the pool, the sourroundings are gorgeous. Everyrhing is clean and the family is really taking care of the property and you. When we arrived there were a basket full of oranges on the table. One day we found a new baked cake as welcome home. Another day Panos and hus father came with fresh figs from the garden. Panos came to see us during the weeks and told us about exkursions to do and what to see. We will recommend that you ask about the boattrip to the Islands including snorkling. We will really recommend this to everyone and we will as soon as possible return to Epidauros and Villa Kristina 3.

Gorgeous Villa

This was our first trip to Greece and we were lucky to find this amazing villa and meet Panos. The villa is in like new condition, very clean, spacious and fully equipped. The owner welcomed us with a basket of fresh oranges and brought more in a couple of days. There is a large private pool with crystal clear water and an astonishing infinity view to the sea. Please see the pictures, but you'll be surprised to find the reality is even better. There is a large barbeque area behind the house which is really convenient as the fumes do not disturb you while you are resting by the pool. The public beach is just a few minutes drive and a small town is about 10 minutes by the car. There are plenty of small taverns with delicious food and excellent service. It was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thank you Panos!

Lovely modern Vila with views to die for

Our group of nine stayed for a week in Villa Cristina 3. This is the one with five bedrooms. The family who owned it could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The few little glitches when we arrived were fixed immediately and we had a thoroughly happy week in this lovely place. The villas Cristina (there are three, although this is not entirely clear on the website) are high above the charming ancient little seaside town of Epidvros but within walking distance to the local beach and tavernas. We loved the fabulous expansive views from the villa over the Aegean Sea and the town, the gorgeous garden with olives pomegranates lemons and oranges, the beautiful swimming pool, and how nicely the house is set up offering plenty of sleeping, eating and lounge accommodation to fit our big group comfortably. We wanted a special Greek dinner to celebrate two significant birthdays and that was done by the owners themselves and the food was even better than we found in the excellent array of local tavernas. Epidavros is near to many of the great attractions of the Peloponnese including Mycenae, Mistras, sparta, Napflion, Spetses, Poros, Hydra and the great amphitheatre at Epidavros itself. We spent many months planning our holiday and found the owners always very communicative and helpful. When we arrived they met us on the road from Athens and guided us to our door. Overall a wonderful experience and certainly one we have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Excellent in Every Way

My family ( 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15) stayed here for a wonderful week. The villa is excellent - spacious, modern, exceptionally clean and obviously well cared for. The family that own the villa are exceptionally warm and helpful and we felt at home instantly. The excellent pool is cared for with such regularity as to be spotlessly clean. The views over the hillside down into Ancient Epidavros and out over the Saronic Gulf are amazing and something we never tired of. The sunrise is well worth getting up for to be enjoyed from one of the balconies. The villa is one of three - ours was on the end furthest from the roadside. All three are quiet and peaceful without being too remote or isolated. We had grand plans of many days out exploring the area and did manage to see the both local ampitheatres and spend a day in Naufplio but the villa was SO good, SO relaxing and such a pleasure to spend time at that many of our outings were in the evening one of the local Tavernas in the town. However, given the proximity of the villa to a choice of local beaches it was comfortably possible to enjoy both beach and pool in the same day and so we snorkelled the sunken city and enjoyed seeing octopus and cuttlefish amongst the undersea life of the area. So yes a brilliant holiday was had by all, Thanks to Panos and family for their warmth and kindness and when we get the chance to return to Epidavros - which we will - we won't look any further than this villa.

Villa spatieuse et confortable

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacances en Grèce où la population est très accueillante. La Villa est idéale pour 2 familles avec enfants; divisée en deux parties distinctes, elle permet d'être indépendants. Confortable, climatisée et propre. Située dans les hauteurs, la vue est imprenable de la piscine. Il convient cependant d'avoir un véhicule puissant pour gravir les 300m de pente raide (c'est le seul véritable inconvénient). Le propriétaire est prévenant et sympathique, connaissant bien sa région. Les alentours valent le détours avec le site d'épidaure à 30 min, la très jolie ville de Nauplie à 1h et l'envoutant site de Mycène à 1h30. Salutations à Panos et merci pour votre accueil. Perfect villa

We are Australians, and stayed at this wonderful villa with our 3 young children, and our American friends with their 2 young children. The house is set atop a hill, affording glorious, breathtaking views. The house is lovely, light filled, and with a great terrace where we enjoyed some of our evening meals taking in the amazing view. The pool is great - the kids loved swimming in the morning and the afternoon. We typically did day trips and came back to the house in the afternoons for a swim and a relax. The BBQ was also great, and there were places in the nearby town where you could buy all the supplied you needed. The owners were lovely, and stopped in to introduce themselves. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope that we can return one day! Highly recommend it to all!
