Outside area has an all weather pergola overlooking the large Hollywood style Swimming Pool.
Enjoy a steak on the barbeque or take a short stroll to Mindaries beaches . Why not take a bottle of wine and watch our amazing sunsets over the ocean.
We are situated approx 200 meters from Mindarie Marina with its pubs and cafe strip.
Try a boutique beer at the new trendy "Indian Ocean Brewing Company." or "The Boat Ale House" or just enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful harbour !


Tennis courts are close by, there are parks for the children including a picturesque duckpond which is just five houses away. Close to bus and train station. The house is well located for everything you need.
A ten minute drive will take you to Yanchep national park where you can see Koalas, visit adjacent golf course and watch all kinds of Australian wildlife, Kangaroos and Emus roam freely through the course.
If you fancy wine tasting the Swan vally has many wineries to visit or take a boat trip on the Swan river. Joondalup Resort [is an award winning golf resort] close by where you can play golf or visit their local pub The Kangaroo Arms. Information for local attractions will be left for you to browse through. We will be happy to help with any inquiries.
Tea,Coffee, milk and a complimentary bottle of Champagne will be left for your convenience.

40% Deposit to be paid at time of booking.
Balance on or before occupation
A no refund policy applies over peak times. Dec/ Jan/ Feb/ March period.
A security/cleaning bond of $600 is applicable, payable at time of arrival. This will be fully refunded providing the property is left in the condition which it was found.
Minimum Booking Seven Days.
Unfortunatley, we are unable to accept pets. It is a NO SMOKING home and we ask that any visitors that choose to smoke keep to outside areas only and use ashtrays provided.



Perth has beautiful beaches and Great Weather.
This makes it ideal for BBQ's and picnics.
Enjoy watersports, snorkling,[ why not learn how to dive] or just laze round the pool and work on your sun tan!

The historic port of Freemantle is about 45 mins drive,you can also get there by train or treat yourself and enjoy a pleasant trip by boat!
You can take a river cruise down the Swan River, visit the wineries on the way and enjoy wine tasting. There are many wineries in the Swan Valley. Take the Ferry and visit Rottnest Island for the day and see our Quokkas.
If you would like to see Kangaroos and Koalas, Yanchep National Park is a ten minute drive,where you can see many forms of Australian wildlife. Have a meal or a beer [or both] at Yanchep Inn while you are there!
