Elegant tasteful large 1 bedroom 2 full bath condo in the very heart of old town Romantica in the ever-popular V399 private residences. West facing ocean and sunset views from the large walk-out terrace - comfortably furnished for both lounging and dining. This fifth-floor corner sub-penthouse is the largest and brightest unit in this ever-popular award-winning building. A tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo will make your stay as enjoyable as it will be unforgettable.

Two full washrooms with walk-in showers (including the master ensuite), king-size bed in the master, as well as a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room, which also has a comfy desk. Fully equipped gourmet quartz/stainless steel open concept kitchen, ensuite washer and dryer, 2 ductless air conditioning units (compressors outside the unit), smart HDTV with android box and high-speed WIFI.
Ceiling fans combine with cross ventilation to keep you cool and capture the ocean breeze. A central water purification system supplying each unit means no fussing with bottled water!
Wait till you see the incredible panoramic view from the rooftop infinity pool, just one level removed, with landscaped spa-like area equipped with loungers, sofas, umbrellas, kitchen/entertaining area, BBQ, fire pit, hot tub jacuzzi, change rooms and WIFI. Underground parking for yourself or guests, and 24/7 building security.

The location is corner steps from main street Basilio Badillo and local fresh markets, a butcher, wine/beer/liquor store, decor and clothing boutiques, plenty of cafes, bars and nightclubs, cabarets, galleries, fantastic restaurants, gym and spas. Two flat blocks away is the famous Malecon on Banderas Bay. Or a day at the beach with full-service dining, parasailing, boating tours and more. The Property Manager may also offer concierge services such as transportation, event bookings, private chef and more.

Awesome Condo - Great Location!!

Condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Building is modern and has a beautiful rooftop pool, hot tub, and bar area. Location is great and close to everything in the Romantic Zone. Owners are delightful folks and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!!

Place is Perfect

I had an amazing time at Rob’s place. Perfectly situated in a fun area of Puerto Vallarta. Everyone is friendly in the area and in the building. The Pool had no one around most of the day. The views from the pool are incredible. Sitting on the patio was nice and private as well. I will be staying there again. Thanks Rob for everything.

Fantastic Vacation!

This condo is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay at the property! We spent lots of time on the large balcony, enjoying the views of the city and the ocean. The condo was very clean, lovely decor and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need! The rooftop pool was amazing and the location is top notch, with many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and bars right out the front door. Do not hesitate to book! We will be back and can’t wait to stay at this property again on our next visit to beautiful Puerto Vallarta!

Location, Furnishings and Amenities Excellent

This property is superb for visitors who want to enjoy the Romantic Zone or other adjoining areas. Area is safe and relatively quiet with the exception of some construction noise during the day. It's an easy 7 minute stroll to the ocean for walks along the Malecon or to Rio Cuale for a meal at River Cafe. There is an endless supply of good restaurants and shops. The V399 property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. For extended stays, the cupboards have everything you need right down to a spice rack if you want to cook a favourite meal.

A fantastic experience

My wife and I just spent three weeks at Rob’s outstanding condo, right in the heart of Zona Romantica. The condo is very comfortable, it is stylishly appointed, and you have everything you need, I mean everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. This condo is centrally located in Zona Romantica with short walking distances to restaurants, bars, clubs, the beach, gyms, theaters and the town square for Saturdays market. Over and above the delight we had staying at the condo, was meeting Rob and his partner Jan. Terrific guys, so very knowledgeable about everything happening in PV, friendly, kind and always ensuring that your stay is magnificent. This place is a must book!!

Best location and beautiful condo

Beyond the fabulous location and nicely decorated space, this condo was the perfect size for one to 4 people. It's well laid and feels like a lot of space. It has a nice big balcony with plenty of seating for lounging as well as eating outside. I was on the balcony quite a bit viewing the city and the ocean views. It has everything I could have wanted including a well-stocked kitchen. It's nice to have two full bathrooms when you have a friend(s) staying there. Great communication with host and property manager. The rooftop pool and spa area are wonderful. I was up there every day. You can easily walk to so many great restaurants, and it's an easy walk to the beach. I loved this VRBO property!

It doesn't get any better than this...

The apartment is nothing short of AMAZING...the owner, Rob, has provided everything. He was very communicative as soon as I inquired about the rental and that continued through the reservation process, the check in, during our stay and after the stay. The concierge was waiting for us at the property to facilitate the check in and appeared at the agreed upon time to facilitate the check out! The building is very centrally located and you can walk everywhere in the Zone Romantica. It is very safe, has a 24 hour door man and is very clean. The pool on the roof is amazing with great views and great pool furniture. The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed with luxury finishes. The bed is very comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed and the kitchen has everything you need to make everything from scrambled eggs to a gourmet meal. The apartment was spotless and had been clearly sanitized prior to our arrival. We will be back again. This is our new go to apartment to rent in PV.

THE BEST place to spend our NYE 2022 to 2023

Our stay exceeded our already high expectations given the previous reviews—yes, the reviews are accurate! THE UNIT: We enjoyed our morning coffee from the gorgeous sectional on the balcony off the 5th floor, as well as watching the sun set behind the ocean, which will be inked in our memories forever. The apartment was bright, and accommodated our family of four; comfortably. It was appointed with all the modern conveniences any guest could wish for, and then some! The attention to detail is evident throughout its stylish tropical decor and understated elegance. THE BUILDING: We appreciated pride of ownership from all owners by the spotless hallways, kept plants, and fresh paint. We felt welcomed and safe given its 24 hour concierge and security. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views in the well laid out entertaining space atop the 7th floor, particularly the spectacular infinity pool! ITS LOCATION: Embedded in “La Zona Romántica” steps away from all the trendy restaurants, bars, the boardwalk “el Malecón” and an amazing beach; yet feeling perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. IN GENERAL: In typical VRBO experience, you take a little and you leave a little for others. In this unit the owners go above and beyond to ensure that your starting experience is enjoyable while you secure your own food and beverage. Lastly, we were fortunate to meet the owners who gave us an expanded views of the local culture and surrounding amenities making our stay far more enjoyable. Thank you Rob and Jan! Luxury Condo Experience

In my professional life I get stay at a lot of upscale hotels & resorts... so when I stay anywhere for personal reasons, I am rather picky, demanding and expect a lot. I know Rob was probably initially a tad concerned when he found that out... yet after I got to experience his Condo-luxury, he (and YOU for that matter!) didn't have to worry AT ALL! The Condo is exactly as described ... without any unexpected negative surprises... I loved everything about it! Super clean, well decorated, nicely furnished with everything you need for upscale Condo living! Awesome patio for daily outdoor meals or sunset cocktails... Blackout curtains in bedrooms and working (YEAH!) A/Cs in various rooms... although I used only once since the Condo has a refreshing cross-breeze. Well appointed and luxurious showers (with good water-pressure!!!) Working TV, WIFI and ALEXA was available without ANY issues (also not always a guarantee) SUPER safe building with doorman and easy access via elevator. Perfect location in the heart of Zona R... walk outside to Bars, Restaurants, 9 minutes walk to Sapphire Beach Club, shopping & all... and again I felt rather safe in the area! The rooftop pool is BEAUTIFUL... and large with comfy lounge chairs (and a hot tub) and stunning 360 views and BBQ grills should you prefer to cook yourself (why would you with the countless of fab restaurants seconds away from here). The host is extraordinarily hospitable and welcoming and made THE difference... personally welcoming me and ensuring all was acceptable (maybe I scared him with my reference to my job :-) ... but all kidding aside, his personality & personal care MADE ALL the difference & my stay memorable! Would I go back?! HECK YES... I LOVED it! 5 Star Condo Living!

Comfortable and beautiful condo in excellent location near everything in the Romantic Zone. Large balcony has ocean view and enjoyed morning coffee/tea/breakfast and sunset cocktails. Definitely would stay again and Rob was very helpful and attentive

Beautiful Quiet Condo in a Great Location

Rob and Jan have a very nice, clean, safe, and well appointed condo. It's close to all the amenities of the romantic district and it's an easy walk to restaurants, beach and the Malecon. The unit is well decorated, clean, modern and has filtered water and a washer and dryer which is a real plus. There are two air conditioners and ceiling fans so it's easy to keep cool. We didn't have to use them much since there is a sea breeze that comes up every afternoon so it's easy to open the doors and have the fresh air. The roof top pool is beautiful and is an ideal place to spend the afternoon. Communication was quick and simple, the check in process very efficient, and the staff are very friendly. We look forward to staying here again!

What a wonderful experience at V399-503, from the lobby attendants to the actual Condo. The furnishings and amentities were on par for what I expected. The views were amazing from the balconies. Cross breezes within the unit made the stay comfortable. Clean and well organized also. Brad made the booking process easy. Rooftop pool and deck lovely. Thanks for letting us stay.

Perfect all round!

Brad’s condo is the perfect home from home! If you chose not to dine in one of the many gorgeous restaurants close by you’ll find Brad’s kitchen has all you need to cook at home. Whether you chose to dine inside or out looking out at the ocean you will not be disappointed. The location of V399 is superb, so close to the beach, restaurants and night life but without the noise of traffic and the on going construction in PV. The roof top terrace has the perfect view and the pool a perfect temperature to enjoy a relaxing swim. We had no complaints or suggestions to improve our stay and would highly recommend this condo and a vacation in PV. This is the best one bedroom, 2 bath condo we have rented in V399, so spacious, gorgeous view and has everything thought out for you to completely relax and switch off.
