3 BR 2 BA Resort Villa 1st Floor pet-friendly no stairs, on the golf course

Welcome to A Home in the Havens, our beautiful golf villa at the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our villa is located in The Havens, which is one of the residential communities within the resort. We have our own community pool and barbecue area, just steps from our front door. The Greg Norman Golf Course is right outside our patio. The Barefoot Resort spa, marina, and golf clubs are minutes away.

Our villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot, fully carpeted spacious vacation home. We can easily fit up to a total of 6 guests in our unit. We welcome children ages 8 and above. We accept up to 2 small or medium size dogs with prior approval.

Our home is completely furnished. We provide everything you need for your stay: Wifi throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware, all linens and towels, beds and TVs in all rooms. Enjoy our relaxing interior of seaside colors, turquoise and light sand. Sit on the screened in patio and enjoy the views. We offer all the comforts of home just 5 minutes from the ocean and one minute from the pool.

Our unit is on the first floor (= ground floor - no stairs!). There is plenty of free parking. We have an en suite king bedroom with full bath and a walk in closet with views of the golf course. We also have a large bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 closets -- and -- a third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large mirrored closet. The layout is spacious and open yet the bedrooms all have privacy. We have a washer and dryer on site. There are ceiling fans in every room to complement our heat and air conditioning.

We are pet friendly - most small and medium size dogs are welcome and will be right at home. Prior approval is required for all dogs (sorry no cats) due to HOA requirements. No stairs so there is easy in and out from our home.

Our unit is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by green trees and the landscaped greens of the Greg Norman Golf Course. Enjoy the beautiful views from our private screened in patio while you have your morning coffee or an afternoon relax. There are walking pathways all over the resort.

If you love golf, then Barefoot Resort has it all: 4 championship courses including Greg Norman (right outside our door), Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. There are practice areas, lessons, and golf packages (available on site and online).

Just outside the Barefoot Resort is everything you could want in a vacation paradise. If you go to the left heading north on route 17, there are excellent shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, a post office, all kinds of shopping. If you went straight ahead from the swing bridge, it is a 5 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. The resort runs a shuttle bus all summer over to the beach - no need to take the car. If you go right at the swing bridge, you are at Barefoot Landing, a shopping and dining complex that looks like it is floating on water. Sitting by the intercoastal waterway, it is full of fun shops and great restaurants, right next to the House of Blues and the Alabama Theater. Further south, there is the Myrtle Beach Mall (check out Belk!), Tanger outlet, Pirates Cove, Wonder Works (don't miss the upside down house), water parks, Legends, and of course King Kong!. And that's all before you go to Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand.

Myrtle Beach is highly regarded as a big golf destination, but it is also truly a great family destination. Everyone you meet here is friendly. The Barefoot Resort is spotlessly maintained and beautiful. There are golf courses everywhere, including awesome miniature golf. There are shops and restaurants and shopping for all tastes and budgets. Canada days are celebrated every year in March. Be sure to ask us about restaurant recommendations. Some of our renters never use our kitchen - too many great places to try, just minutes away.
