Therefore, all you need for a relaxing holiday is yourself, family &/or friends, consumables and a enjoyable demeanor. We endeavor to do all we can to make your holiday ā€œAn experience of a life time, that will be remembered long after you leave.ā€

LARGE GROUPS

This property has the unique ability of being able to utilize a second property that sleeps 6-8 people, that is joined by a large undercover area.

This means that over the two properties (houses) Piccadilly Place could accommodate up to 20 people.

If you have a large group and are interested in ALL being together feel free to email.


The tariff stated is for 8 people, additional charges of $20 per night for extra person over 8 are applied


All linen and gas for the BBQ is supplied with this property, just another way of assisting you have a easy, safe and enjoyable holiday

Piccadilly Place is powered 24/7 by solar / battery power and as such there is NO power points available for plugging in electrical appliances brought from home.

Our Change over days are Sunday to Sunday if not other wise stated.

Comfortable, tidy, well equipped, very friendly owner.

Orchid beach is quite remote, but all attractions are doable in a day trip. The owner was very friendly and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation itself was well equipped, tidy and nice and large for 9 people. Our family was very happy with how our trip turned out.

convenient and peaceful property.

clean and tidy, great value for the price, loved the important things like fridge for beer, fire pit and BBQ, Lorelle was a Delight, welcoming and always on hand for any questions that we had. We definitely would be looking to book Picadilly for our next trip to Fraser.

unit ok, terrible communications

The property itself was not too bad but that is were it stops I attempted to contact Chris the owner several times in regards to what I should bring with no response. upon arrival the lady in charge was unaware we were coming till the last minute and the rules and the renter's responsibilities were extremely ambiguous. We were given 4 towels for 7 people, 3 rolls of toilet paper to last 7 people for 6 days, luckily we brought our own and also garbage bags which we had to empty ourselves at the local tip ( a fair way away. We were unable to lock the house as the keys did not work. The front outside lights were inoperable and the washing machine was only available for a short time during the day when one is out and about touring the island. The fire hydrant in the front was not connected to anything and an issue if there is a fire. there is no facility to wash sand off your feet on a sand island. some of the kitchen utensils and ots and pans were not clean.

Our stay at Piccadily Place

We found the house to be very comfortable. The only thing we found a little hard to handle was the hot water in the shower. One minute it was working and then it would be cold half way through the shower. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Lorelle was a wonderful host and helped with anything we needed. The place was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. The deep freezer was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Perfect for two families to stay together comfortably. Located close to the Orchid beach shop and fuel station - which was super convenient! Weā€™ll be back :)

We would recommend staying here for sure. Our family had a fantastic time. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely manager Lorelle was available with anything you needed. Will be back for sure. Plus the fish were biting woo hoo You wonā€™t regret your stay here

Exactly what we wanted!!

Piccadilly Place was perfect for our Fraser Island getaway. This is a really well maintained property with everything you need, comfy beds, great kitchen, plenty of fridge and freezer space, large dining and lounge area, an outside area with pool table and fire ring perfect for the kids to hang out in and easy to access. Lorrelle was fantastic with plenty of local knowledge and advice. Thanks for a great week, we will be back!

Owner refuses to give deposit back.

Our deposit was not given back because we apparently left sand all over the floor, even though the group I stayed with cleaned it extensively for an hour. We also had our power removed due to us "using too much power" even though the owner stated that they have very large capacity. The owner clearly was never going to return the bond. I would advise against staying here. There are plenty of other places to stay around the area.

Lorelle the owner was so lovely and went out of her for us and for others on several occations.
