Awesome beach views galore! This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 9th floor at Beachside One. Professionally designed with new stylish furnishings, an updated kitchen and newly designed bathrooms, this beachside condo offers the most comfortable and luxurious accommodations. You will be blown away by the stunning panoramic gulf views from nearly every room! In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside One features a seasonally heated swimming pool and hot tub, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, and private balcony access from the primary suite, our beautiful beachfront condo provides everything you need for a perfect vacation! This lovely property offers a king bed in the primary suite and a custom bunk bed (Twin over King + Twin Trundle) in the guest bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Hop on the golf cart or tram and take a quick spin to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

On the beach, golf cart rental and easy access to all resort areas

We had a terrific time at Beachside I in this condo. Had everything we needed to get started. Great location. Golf cart provided so we did not need a rental car, but there is a shuttle available also.

Surprise snow in Florida

Property was better than advertised. Outstanding sunsets, great pool/ spa area, easy access to beach made this property special. Condo was clean and comfortable. Neal had everything set up for easy arrival. Would rent again.

Beautiful Condo in the Perfect Location!We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand with gorgeous ocean views right from the balcony. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.We especially appreciated how close it was to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether we wanted to relax on the beach or explore the area, everything was super convenient.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is on the 9th floor, but you have an amazing view. Even from the master bedroom, you can open the curtains and see the beach. Each bedroom has 2 king size beds. In the guest bedroom, there is a twin over the King bed and twin trundle. There were chairs, umbrellas, floaties, bougie boards, and other beach toys in the closet to enjoy. The location is amazing and came with a 6 person golf cart. Which you could take over to the Beach House restaurant by the Hilton or go up towards the front of the property to where there were multiple places. Places like doughnuts, Clean Juice, Ice cream, coffee, breakfast, Pizza, and a couple of nicer restaurants. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay, and have stayed multiple times

We love this location. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. The property is always clean. It’s convenient to anything you need within 10 minutes. The only complaint I have this time would be the hot water. We never really got a hot shower. It wasn’t something that I feel was a mechanical error that warranted a phone call, but maybe something to look into for further residents. The management was very responsive when we did have one question about the property which is nice to have that assurance. Will be back.

July 2020 Stay

Great location. The condo was perfect for our family. The only issue we had was stained sheets. The cleaning manager told us it was a clean stain. After asking she brought us another set at 9pm, but after putting them on bed they were stained as well. We took them off and washed them. Someone was stuck in the elevator for a good while which resulted in it being shit down for two days. One elevator made it a very long wait. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break 2023

Condo was clean and exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint would be the hot water or warm showers. The water doesn’t get very hot. Be careful of the step going into the condo. You can’t see it if your hands are full. Two of us tripped unloading luggage. There is also a raised sliding door. This is also a tripping hazard. We loved having access to the golf cart.

We usually stay bayside when at the Grand Sandestin but the convenience of staying beachside and the way less crowded beach were huge pluses! We did have trouble getting into the condo when we arrived! Our door code did not work until day two! After about 5 mins on the phone we got an override code which we had to use the first day. Other than that, everything was fantastic! The gold cart was top notch as well!

The condo was clean and had a great layout and the view was spectacular. The management service was helpful and was quick to respond via text. The golf cart was an added bonus, and made it super easy to get around to the wharf or nearby restaurants. My only complaint was the wifi, it wasn't very strong. I had to work a few times and I had better success with using a hotspot from my phone. However, the TV was fine, so not sure what the issue was. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we we would certainly come back to this property again.

Property is in Poor Condition

The specific unit is not well maintained. Broken drawers, broken blinds, dirty walls and doors, and several random screws laying about. It is not well appointed, having limited kitchen pots/pans, etc. the carpet was dirty as well. The property is also not well maintained. Dirty common areas and limited amenities. The workout room was closed. It was a great location and view and we enjoyed the golf cart. We will not be back because of the condition of the property.

November 2023 Stay

The condo was very nice and clean. Which I did appreciate , the only problem that we had was in the guest bathroom. The water would not get hot in there only lukewarm. We called and they had a service man come out and check it out. He said he had to wait on the OK for a replacement that was in the afternoon. That evening we still did not have any hot water. They were gracious and allowed us to go to another condo to shower. Then the next afternoon they messaged back and said they had replaced the hot water heater and that all was good. But it was not. I still had only lukewarm water in the guest bathroom the whole time we were there. The master bathroom had hot water.

July 2019 Stay

The unit is nice. We enjoyed the balcony and the large windows. Well appointed furniture. Having a golf cart was very nice and is a must for us from now on. Some drawers were broken and many blinds were broken. I was extremely disappointed that none of the bedrooms nor bathrooms have locks on the doors for privacy. This is important when traveling with a large family. The lack of locks would keep me from staying in this unit again. The washing machine does not clean your clothing well at all and needs to be replaced. The golf cart tires are badly worn and have Steel wires showing through and it doesn’t track on the street which are both major safety concerns. The lack of locks on the doors and the broken blinds were very uncomfortable and made for a lack of privacy which was the major factor for a 3 star review.
