The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

First and most important, the location is fabulous. The beach is beautiful and the seating area on top of the sand dunes really made the week. Beach Realty was responsive to our immediate concerns about the house (the doors did not lock and the elevator was broken upon arrival.) Also on the positive side, the hot tub was brand new and we really enjoyed it. Compared to other rentals we have stayed at in the area - this house is in very rough shape, with many upgrades, repairs and some basic cleaning needed. The door on the oven and the refrigerator were both broken and cumbersome. The cabinets and bathrooms are very much in need of repair, although workable. A few basic cleaning supplies would also be very helpful (great if the owner placed some there!) or good to bring with you. For instance, we did spend some time cleaning some windows so we could see out of them, etc. Exterior needs some TLC in order to avoid damage and repairs in the future.
