Condo La Sirena, Rivera Molinaā€™s unit 209 has been recently decorated to let you feel like you are at home while away on vacation. This ideal unit is just steps away from everything that the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta has to offer; fine dining, shops and galleries, the famous Los Muertos Beach and Malecon, exciting beach activities and night life. Rivera Molino is located next to the Rio Cuale and a block from Los Muertos Beach. The building features a lush tropical garden area alongside the river, with a large swimming pool and sunning areas, as well as covered lounge areas.

This large 941 sq ft 1 bedroom condo has all amenities to allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Newly installed sound reducing balcony doors and bedroom window provides a quiet atmosphere. The bedroom features a King size bed with a large closet. The open concept living/dining room has a Double size pull out sofabed should you wish to share your vacation paradise with guests. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make a meal from the fresh items available at nearby markets. Donā€™t want to cook? No worries there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance. From fine dining to local street food, the choice is yours!

Kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, gas oven and cook top, dishwasher and microwave oven. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. There is independent air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. Linens for bed are provided as well as bathroom and beach towels. There is even a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Maid service is included once a week in this security controlled complex.

There are televisions in the living room and bedroom featuring Apple TV and Canadian Satellite in the living room, with wireless internet throughout the unit.
As a last asset; there is a parking spot available in the secured garage in case you have rented a car.

Great location.

Kitchen cupboards and microwave too high,very flimsy small stool.TV was ok for Netflix but nothing else. Maid had problem with dryer. Repair people never made notes and forgot tools or parts therefore taking longer to do a job. Very noisy until 5 am some nights.

Unexpected Vacation

I booked our trip at Emiliano Zapata after looking at many units in the Romantic Zone of PV. Prior to departing, we were contacted by the owners via ā€œFaceTimeā€ and they gave us a rundown on the property and directions for working with the property manager. Very nice people. The information they provided was detailed and thorough. When we arrived we were greeted by the concierge. He contacted the property manager who was waiting for us. She escorted us to the unit, gave us a tour, and showed us where things like extra blankets and towels were stored. Weā€™re the washer and dryer were located and a general overview of the property. This property is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, and includes all of the amenities needed for daily living. The unit has air conditioning although we did not use it. During the daytime, you get a wonderful cross breeze by leaving the doors open. There is a lockable outside gate that provides security. At night we turned on the bedroom fan which made the bedroom very comfortable for sleeping. The unit is on the second floor which provides a fun and entertaining location for people watching. I found that if I was trying to watch TV with the slider open, it was a bit distracting, but close the door and all the noise goes away. It becomes silent. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony for our meals and at night it was the perfect place to take in the city. This review is title ā€œUnexpected Vacationā€ because I had an accident during my stay in PV. I would guess I would not have had any communication with the host if not for the accident, because they did a great job of providing everything they advertised in the listing and provided a detailed book that explained everything in easy-to-read detail. But I did reach out to them because I thought I might need to stay an extra day. The hosts of this unit were so helpful, they made sure the property manager helped me with everything I needed and in my opinion went above and beyond what was required. They are just very nice people, and their property is quite stunning. The surrounding property is equally nice, there is a very nice pool, and you are within one long block to the beach. In two directions there are XOOX (7-Eleven type stores) one block away. The concierge at the front door is nice and friendly. Our dayshift guy spoke pretty good English, and the night guy and I laughed as we both stumbled with each other's language, This a great place, and host.

A lovely week in Puerto Vallarta !

We spent a lovely, comfortable & quiet week at your well appointed condo. Despite the fact your unit is on the 2nd floor & facing constant traffic we never noticed any noise or distractions. In addition your proximity to the ocean & all conveniences is a major plus. For the record we were very impressed with the quality & professionalism of the staff of the condominium & we will definitely be in touch with you for the 2019 season. JRF & CAI

Comfortable and convenient

Condo La Sirena is located in a perfect part of town. The condo itself is comfortably decorated and attractive. It would be good to have a few spices (I left a couple extra when I left) and perhaps some salt that does not require grinding. The humid weather made the grinder unusable. Overall I enjoyed it very much and would certainly return.

Living through the cold winters in Toronto, Canada escaping the cold to visit Puerto Vallarta became a dream realized in 2011. After our first vacation there we have returned every year to the same location because we love the area so much. Staying steps from the beach and surrounded by such wonderful food choices has been a dream come true. Having raised our girls it is now our time to enjoy life.

Rivera Molina captured our hearts the very first time we stayed! The building is only 4 floors with just over 60 units providing a quaint and friendly feel. Many units are owned by permanent residents who are lucky enough to have retired to this paradise. Relaxing by the heated pool you are likely to strike up a conversation and get some dining or shopping recommendations. Speaking of food Puerto Vallarta has some of the best food choices anywhere. Whether you want fine dining or street tacos there are choices on any street you choose. Steps from the front door of the building you can go to Lost Muertos Beach or head off to the Malecon. Buses and taxis are a great way to get around should you want to adventure further afield.
