A beautiful family-home open floor plan with higher ceilings. The home has been renovated inside and out. Tons of features include an updated kitchen w/ breakfast bar, gas cooktop, massive frig/freezer combo, wine cooler, water filtration system, Impact windows/doors throughout, and wood floors. Offers a luxurious master w/ sitting room, tub, shower & a large walk-in closet. Two additional suites with/ updated bathrooms. All closets, including a Tiki hut with nu-turf grass and a gorgeous electrically heated (with a fee of $ 40 per day) saltwater pool, are professionally built. The property is fully fenced. Extra-wide canal with full privacy. Ring system, New dock with eastern exposure offering amazing cross breezes.

One camera is located on each front corner of the home, facing the front yard/driveway,

House was lovely, clean and comfortable .Backyard was so relaxing with a great view. Nice quiet neighborhood , friendly ppl and convenient to restaurants and stores.. Host was very responsive, but we really did not have any issues.Total win win...don't hesitate to book !!

Beautiful property in an excellent location. It has everything you could need for a long or short stay.Patio area with a Tiki hut, good sized pool.All 3 bedrooms are a good size and all have ensuite facilities Kitchen has everything you need including an enormous refrigerator It's also walking distance to a supermarket and a selection of restaurants for those who don't want drive

Popped in Pompano for a Wedding

We had a wedding in Fort Lauderdale and needed a place to stay that would also be a mini vacation. We had family members from 16 to 52 years old. This location met all of our needs. The most perfect pool with plenty of shade for the hottest times of the day. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax or get ready for wedding festivities. The home had everything we needed and was a true home away from home. They did a great job communicating from booking to check out. Definitely a property I would stay at again.

Great house with pool

This was our second year at this house. They have done major work outside and the back yard/pool is fabulous. Not coming to the area next year. Only criticism is the rug under the dining table which we mentioned to host last year, moves and bunches up whenever chairs pulled in and out. Is a fall hazard, needs to be replaced with a heavier rug or taken up entirely.Beautiful house, good location.

Great time with friends

Really enjoyed our stay. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard pool area was outstanding. Beach is a 15 minute drive. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Each of the 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Highly recommend!

Perfect little Getaway

Great location in quiet neighborhood between hard rock stadium (we went to Dolphins game) and Miami Airport. Perfect for 5 adults - 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom, swimming pool and plenty of places to relax inside and outside. Responsive and friendly property management. Short drive to many restaurants and Pompano Beach. We had a wonderful time.

A solid Property and stay

In general the house and features such as the pool were excellent. On hand were pots, pans, and dishes, though the grill is not primed and would require the guest to get propane. The rooms and common areas were clean, and well maintained. Also the additions of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even fishing rods makes supporting activities a fantastic benefit to the property. In general I’d highly recommend this rental and don’t have any complaints, just praise.

Very nice property

Six adults stayed here, very, very comfortable. Host was quickly responsive to our needs. Loved the backyard pool on the canal. We have booked the same property for next year!

Highly recommend!

This was overall a wonderful property for my family. We loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space was a wonderful place for everyone to hang out and chill. Kids could swim while the adults hung out under the Tiki hut. My son also enjoyed fishing in the canal and watching the fish jumping every morning. Location was great - we felt safe in the neighborhood, could walk to Publix grocery store, and it was only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Communication with the property manager was wonderful - if we needed anything they were always quick to respond. Overall I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

best host ever!

Wonderful house as well as wonderful location my trip was not ideal with lost luggage a stolen wallet and a delayed flight home but having such an incredible host made the hiccups during my trip bearable! if u are thinking about booking just do it!

Fabulous Stay

This is a lovely canal front property with a nice pool. We enjoyed everything about it including the outdoors, even though the weather didn’t cooperate, thunderstorms all week. With the large windows on the front and back of the house it made us feel like we were outside. The floor layout is perfect for multiple guests! This is a favorite and we look forward to staying there again!

The residence was immaculate and perfectly located for access to Pompano and Lauderdale by the Sea. The rooms are located around the open floor plan; rooms do not share walls, allowing for a private yet together experience. Great week in Pompano!

Rental process was easy and home was beautiful! More then enough space for a family of five. Close to the beach, fresh fish markets and great restaurants! Kids enjoyed the pool and we had countless Tiki toss tournaments! Would be great to have a few more outdoor/yard games, but the stay was great and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Sabrina and team for making it a wonderful experience for our family.

Pompano Stay

3 couples shared the house for a week and our stay was great. The house was ready on time and and it was everything as advertised. We stayed here two years ago and were disappointed it wasn't available last year so when we were looking for a home in Pompano again this year and it was available, we quickly booked it. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. Looking forward to next year.

Pompano Paradise!

This is not our first VRBO rental but one of the best. The pictures on VRBO are spot on, the property is truly gorgeous. Appears recently renovated with mostly new furniture and appliances. The backyard and pool, while not screened in, offers plenty of shade under the Tiki hut. Pool is in the sun pretty much all day so expect it to be warm...very warm. The backyard furniture is decent but a little low and really no place if you wanted to eat meals outside. Also, while most of the streets in the neighborhood are nice and upscale, the permiter of the neighborhood is a bit more sketchy. Nothing dangerous, just not quite as nice. Location of the property is good, with many activities a 10-15 minute drive away. Neighbor on the right side was very friendly and talked to us for over a half hour, letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. Communication with the property manager, Sabrina was good. She responded quickly to messages and the code to the lock on the property was sent promptly. There were notebooks provided with local attraction discounts but some were outdated and the book could use an update. Also the schedule of the pool maintenace guy was incorrect. We were told Tuesday, but he showed up early Wednesday. And the days for trash and recycling pick up are also listed incorrectly. Actual trash days are Tueday, Friday with recycling on Friday. Not a problem really but just want to let the next renter know. Overall a wonderful experience in a gorgeous property.
