This is a Private residential house on a Bayfront setting with expansive water views from every room. You have the use of a 33’ x 6’ private finger pier for fishing, crabbing (traps included), and tying up your boat (boaters and fishermen – welcome!). Included are two Marine ladders for easy access to the water. The screened porch, sundeck, and dock are ideal for sunrise, sunset and outdoor relaxation. At night star gazing and moon rises fill the sky from our decks.

Included for your convenience are crab traps, a BBQ gas grill, and a storage box for the toss game and beach chairs. Awaiting inside are vintage country cottage and sophisticated high-end leather furniture and a Nintendo Classic Gaming system and rich cinematic sound SMART TV entertainment system.

Things to Know:
Must be 25+ to rent and stay – no graduating HS groups. Bayfront single-family cottage located in the Ocean Pines community on the Saint Martin River. Prime season rentals require full Saturday-to-Saturday stays (June – September). One flight of stairs required to access Coastal Cottage.

Designed for relaxed family vacations, this home blends classic coastal character with luxurious comforts and spectacular open-water views throughout. Inside, the cottage features red-oak floors, vintage cottage furnishings, and comfortable sleeping accommodations on hotel-collection mattresses.

Entertainment
NEW for 2026 is a significant entertainment system in the Living Room that delivers streaming content via a large LG SMART TV paired with an immersive surround audio cinematic experience, Blue Ray DVD / CD player and Sony FM stereo speaker set. A second TV monitor in the rear guest bedroom is dedicated for gaming (use our Nintendo Game console) or watch DVDs.

From the moment you arrive we want you to feel at home in a quality and luxurious setting. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee grinder and blender. Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. The furnished screened porch offers shaded relaxation, while expansive sundeck provides front-row seats to sunrise and sunset over the river. Guests may enjoy crabbing, fishing, or tying up their boat at the private dock. No Maryland permits are required. Crab cages and a crab cooking pot are provided for guest use.

This home includes the provision of toilet and kitchen paper, laundry detergent, dish washer pods and sponges, and bar soap. Bed linens for four mattresses are included with your stay and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive. Please plan to bring personal wash cloths, beach towels, and shampoo.

Ocean Pines Beach Club Access

Complimentary Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Pass is included with summer bookings beginning June 1. The Ocean Pines Beach Club between 49th and 50th Streets on Coastal Highway is approximately a 10 minute drive to the Ocean Pines private beach in Ocean City.

Within Ocean Pines optional daily or weekly memberships for golf, tennis, and more than four swimming pools are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association Office or at the facilities. Please note: Ocean Pines has a designated kayak area in Pintail Park. (Bring or rent your kayak(s) locally.)

Guests must follow all Ocean Pines community rules during their stay.
Sleeps 7 (six adults) comfortably: 2 Queen Beds, 2 Full (Full-on-Full Bunk Bed), 1 Full Sleep Sofa. See more about LINENs provided.

Directions to Coastal Cottage: From the North Gate, pass the fire house on the left, pass Crows Nest and make a left onto Windjammer to White Sail Circle. Proceed half way around the circle to number 63 on the River.

LINENS:
Coastal Cottage includes a bed linens package for four beds. Every bed will be made before you arrive and each bed will include fresh sheets and pillow cases. Bath towels are also provided, but bring your own beach towels and other personal items such as wash cloths and shampoo.

HOUSE RULES
We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. To help us keep our home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules.

This is a strictly no-pet property and is 100% smoke-free. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking for 4 cars is allowed in the cement driveway or on the street.
Before departure please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher.

Residents must abide by Ocean Pines Association noise regulations.
Home owners take pride in their waterfront home and will not tolerate loud or obnoxious behavior.

Please note: an excessive cleaning charge may be applied if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation.

This is to ensure protection of our home. We rent to families and are a NON-Group Vacation Rental.

• BEACH CLUB PARKING PASS: MUST BE RETURNED TO HOOK AT ENTRANCE DOOR PRIOR TO DEPARTURE -- NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE WILL BE CHARGED AT A MINIMUM OF $150.

• FURNITURE: OUTSIDE: Keep sunblock oils away from fabric deck chairs; INSIDE: Never sit on furniture wearing sunblock or wet swimsuits.

o Only use a damp cloth to wipe leather furniture;

o DO NOT place wet towels on wood or leather furniture

• BATHROOMS: DO NOT use abrasive cleaners/brushes on shower walls, glass, or tub. Wipe glass with soft cloths.

• KITCHEN: DO NOT use abrasive cleaners on glass stove top. Keep food in eating areas.

• In all Wind Conditions: secure patio umbrella and hook screen doors to prevent damage

• Clean barbeque grill after use.
• Rinse crab traps with fresh water
• Mon/Thurs trash pickup at curb
• Check-out is by 10 am Saturday
• (Upon arrival, check-in is 4 pm Saturday)

DAMAGE and INCIDENTS -- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Please note that Violations of house rules will not exceed $500 unless damage is reported.
