The villa comprises a double bedroom with divan bed & en-suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedded rooms share a second bathroom. Annex to the villa there is a studio which consists of a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom . The annex has its own entrance and cannot be rented separately.
THE ANNEX IS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OVER 7 PEOPLE. If your group is smaller and you want to rent the annex, please inquire as there is a supplement.
The large living area has ample seating with plenty entertainment including flat screen TV, with International channels, and Fire TV stick. Located off the lounge is the unique dining area. This circular room offers views of the fabulous garden and has seating for 8 people. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster fridge and dishwasher. In the utility area there is a washing machine for client use. The french doors lead out to a private pool area with 6 sunbeds, wooden table and chairs and a large brick-built BBQ. There is a game room with pool table and darts and close to the game room a football table. There is a private parking.
