Views and location are amazing. Excellent unit. Unfortunately due to the busy holiday period we couldn't checkin when we first arrived but enjoyed a short beach walk instead.

Fabulous location, beautiful apartment

This apartment is beautifully styled and presented very clean with everything a family would need for a great holiday. Opposite the beach, above the Oasis Shopping precinct, location is Awesome. And the view - wow! I would recommend booking this apartment to anyone looking for an easy holiday

Beautiful Location

We didn’t want to leave the condo because it was so beautiful. Best location! Groceries on the first floor. Safe, clean, well stocked kitchen. Pool, gym and tennis courts were really nice!

What a great location

This was a perfect location to be at. Stores are downstairs and lots of places to eat. The condo was very nice. Had all we needed and the view was awesome. We had internet and Netflix and x box available to us. We had the beach across the street and also a casino near by. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic views

We really enjoyed our time at Air on broadbeach. The views, the facilities, the apartment features & location. No need for a car, everything in walking distance. Lounge comfy, bonus having 3 tv's, foxtel IQ handy and beds very comfortable. Owner very helpful in providing us with a portacot. Thank you!

Amazing apartment at Broadbeach

Words and photos can’t do justice as to how amazing this apartment truly is! My family and I stayed here for 5 nights during the Christmas holidays and we loved every single second of our stay here. We were very sad to check out at the end of our stay! Apartment is located right in front of the beach and it’s about a 2 min walk from the apartment to the beach and about 2 mins walk away from nearby cafes/restaurants/shopping centres. Apartment interior feels very modern and has AMAZING views of the ocean from the living, dining, balcony, and master bedrooms, and nice city views from the second bedroom. Hosts were very responsive to my messages and did their best to accommodate my request for an early check-in. Loved that the apartment also has ducted aircon across all rooms so when the sun is out with maximum heat, the aircon pulls the weight in keeping the interior nice and cool. We had no dislikes about this particular apartment, but did have a little dislike for the apartment complex parking. It’s located right at the top of The Oasis shopping centre parking and takes a good 5 minutes or so going round in circles. You get used to it after going in and out a couple of times, but the first few are a bit confusing! Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing apartment and we hope to be back in the future!

Almost Perfect

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, really beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return but there were a couple of things that made it not completely perfect. I made contact with the hosts the evening before our stay as I hadn't heard anything from them since I'd booked the property three months previously. I was told someone would message me the next morning with the details of how to get into the apartment. By midday I still hadn't heard anything so I rang to be told check in was 2pm, which I already knew and that I'd get a message at 2pm. Ok, no problem but when we did get in, the welcome from our host wasn't particularly warm. We came to the conclusion that maybe she was having a bad day. We didn't find the property as well equipped as previous properties we have stayed in. There were half used toilet rolls left in the bathroom cupboard, the shower gel was a cheap brand and there wasn't any shampoo, no bin bags or washing powder and only one towel each. Plus, there were open and used jars of Vegemite and Nutella in the cupboard which wasn't very hygienic. Being on the 22nd floor, it was also quite a surprise to come back one evening to find a cockroach in my slipper! Anyway, these are small things that explain why I can't give a perfect score. Finally, some sort of file with information about the WiFi, bin situation, appliance instructions, key drop etc would have been useful.

Great apartment, perfect location in Broadbeach right by the beach and close to all amenities. Only issue were the 2 leaking showers, a bit noisy at night. Would definitely consider renting this apartment again!

Amazing view but a few issues

You can’t fault the view or location of this apartment. It’s spectacular. The place is nicely furnished, and has a decent range of kitchen amenities. We had a few issues with our stay, including that the property was advertised as having a king sized bed but it was only a queen (apparently recently updated). As a family with a baby who co-sleeps, this was significant as we’d only looked for accommodation that had a king sized bed to safely fit us all in bed. On check-in I was told that one of the dining chairs had been broken by the previous guests so there were only 3 (which was fine). I sat on a different chair though one night and the wood splintered and cracked and I ended up on the floor with some back soreness. As an average sized person, I can only assume the indoor chairs had been left outside in the weather and had weakened with exposure to the elements, or that they were cheap to start with (though they didn’t look cheap). I messaged the owner about both these issues and a broken blind that wouldn’t go up or down so obscured the vista of an uninterrupted view. I got a response a day later that explained each issue (including how to roll up the broken blind by hand but no way was I standing on a chair). There was no real acknowledgement of the false advertising of the bed size (I feel there should have been a slight discount given the reason we needed a bed of that size) nor the potential injury from the chair collapsing. These were relatively small issues but for the price we were paying I felt weren’t good enough nor was the response. Having said that, it was still a great stay and while I wouldn’t stay here again because of the issues/response, I’d definitely stay in this block or part of Broadbeach again but would probably aim for an apartment with a balcony/windows on the other side to catch more of the sun rather than the southern view (in winter at least as in summer this might be better). But I wouldn’t fault the apartment because of this orientation - it’s just a personal preference having stayed there.

Thanks Ben, ok unsure where you read we have a King Bed it stats twice in the ad it’s a Queen in the description hence why my reply was short because it clearly stated the size. With the chair all furniture is brand new as we have just renovated the unit as you know, we are still complexed how the chair could of splintered as it would take some weight being placed in the legs to do so but after your stay we ended up replacing them all so we are wondering what you were actually doing with the chairs as we had to replace all 6 after your stay. With the blind yes the guests prior to you broke the wire pull string, with you checking in the next day didnt give us enough time to replace the blind. We just wish people looked after other people's belongings and treated our room with some respect as its not a cheap unit and we have never had any dramas in the 8 yrs of owning it. Our room is the best side with the best view I'd rather look at the beach instead of other unit complexes as you say personal preference.

Spectacular beachfront views, spacious and close to everything!!

We were met by the property manager who took us up the lifts and gave us the rundown on the building, property and amenities- we had access to the fully equipped gym, pool and tennis courts and racquets and balls were provided. The beach is right out the front door and the surf club across the road (Kurrawa surf club) served delicious meals. Bedding was super comfortable and woolworths is literally next door so you could duck to the shops so quickly easily. Overall a great stay in a modern, light, airy, well maintained property. We will definitely try to book this place for our next Gold Coast trip.

Easy and fast communication with the owner / manager. Beautiful property in the perfect location. Amazing Beach views, cafes and shopping within a short walk. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property and all that it offers. Highly recommend it.
