Quality 2 bedroom villa with everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable holiday. Secure private garage with direct access into the unit!! Single level apartment (no stairs!)
Modern, fully equipped kitchen, two attractive bedrooms and modern bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge/dining area with new tv, leading to quiet rear patio area secluded by tropical trees. The shared lagoon pool and hot spa is 20 steps away.
There are also many quality cafes and restaurants so enjoy discovering this special area.
* Great shopping at Pacific Fair, approx 8 min stroll.
* Putt Putt next door (55 years in operation and so well maintained)
* Recently renovated Mermaid Tavern, next door.
* Stroll to Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club or
Broadbeach’s Kurrawa Surf Club.

The villa is an owner managed property, therefore you can be assured of its cleanliness and comfort with extra cleaning and disinfecting being carried out.

ARRIVING
Flying into Coolangatta airport, appropriately 30 minutes drive along the Gold Coast Highway to the complex or just take the 777 bus.

TRAM AND BUS
The tram terminal (Broadbeach South) is in front of Pacific Fair shopping centre (runs north close to beach) then connects with train to Brisbane.
Next to the G Link tram is the major bus terminal to all attractions including the fun parks!

This is not a party house!
This is a secure, private retreat perfect for the short getaway or a longer stay, a home away from home with the lovely Mermaid Beach a short stroll away!

Being a private rental, we, the owners, ask you to be considerate of our neighbours with regard to noise levels, especially between 10 pm and 7 am, and abide by the pool and spa hours. Also, please note, a car is to be parked in the villas provided garage and not on common property.

Perfect accommodation

very clean and easy to check in, owner left a complementary for us in the fridge and cupboard it helped a lot ..pool and spa were clean and very well looked after, location perfect and easy to reach shops, beach and restaurants. we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Excellent location, very clean and owner is very kind

Our family stayed at this property for 1 week. We injoyed every minute of our stay here property is very clean and maintained. And the owner Christine is amazing very comforting and kind. I highly recommend this property for families and the pool is so relaxing

Great villa, beautiful pool.

We had a great time at the property. Everything we needed was readily available. It was comfortable and roomy. The location was quiet and relaxing and the pool was wonderful.

Amazing get away

We had a lovely time! The property was clean, neat and tidy and fully stocked with everything we needed and the pool and bbq area were phenomenal. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Unit

Lovely unit in a fantastic complex. The unit has everything you could ask for in a holiday unit, the pool area in the complex is lovely. Great location with shops and restaurants near by plus easy access to the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful accommodation

Beautifully clean with lots of little extras to make it a home away from home. We enjoyed the warm spa, the free wifi, the comfy beds, the well equipped kitchen, the leafy courtyard, putt putt next door, the proximity to Surfers Paradise, Burleigh Heads and the theme parks amongst many others. A well located 2 bed villa with single car garage, within a gated compound. Easy access to the heated pool and spa, all well maintained, and within a pleasant tropical garden setting. The villa is very well presented, very clean, with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home nestled in quiet gated community

Had a wonderful stay at this little jem!! Lovely home nestled in a gated community with a lovely solar heated lagoon pool. Close to all amenities and the best shopping precinct in the Gold Coast - Pacific Fair. Host, Nicole was very accommodating and home well appointed. Will definitely return. Highly recommended

Great location, beautiful home, amazing pool,

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The generosity of pantry and fruit the host left for us was appreciated and the care of the cleanliness and detail was amazing. The location was awesome to close to everything, we hardly needed the car as everything was so close. The pool was my kids favourite they loved it because it was warm water and the atmosphere was remarkable. Definitely recommend this property to everyone. We thank Christine for she was very lovely and helpful with our stay here.

Loved it!!!!

Highly recommend to absolutely anybody. Nicole was super thoughtful in leaving lots of goodies for us on arrival and her accommodation was perfect for our family. Extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Her assistant (Corinna) was so helpful on our day of arrival in showing us the facilities and running us through the place. We felt at home instantly. Can’t wait to come back again.

Great property, excellent location.

This is a perfectly located property! Just 20 min to the theme parks or Burleigh Heads, a few minutes to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair and within easy walking distance to the beach. Enough space for the family with a great pool within the complex. Would highly recommend to families or couples wanting to be close to everything without being stuck in a high rise apartment. Full kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (one with two beds for the kids) ample living and dining space. Already planning another trip back!

Great spot

Lovely gated complex with its own pool and spa. Location perfect, right next to Putt Putt golf and Mermaid Beach Tavern. Short walk to cafes and patrolled beach. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent stay with children

Nicole`s unit has everything you need, very neat and tidy beautiful 2 bedroom unit. Has Lagoon swimming pool so my children had great time every day. Nicole always respond quickly and she also left us surprise welcome snack and drink in the fridge. We would like to come back again soon! Thank you so much x

Outstanding in every way

This place is wonderful. A lovely back garden; a quiet, clean pool at a perfect temperature; a house with everything you could ever want, including a well stocked kitchen and linen cupboard; and a great location a short walk from the beach as well as being next door to the Putt Putt mini golf (our kids went five times!). And if you needed another reason, the hosts are welcoming and prompt. This is a fantastic place to stay, particularly if you have young kids. Thank you Nicole and Christine!

Wonderful stay, lovely villa and great location

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property! Communication with the owners was excellent throughout, we had clear instructions before we arrived and there was also a booklet left for us with instructions and also helpful information to do with our stay. They checked in with us on our first day to make sure everything was ok and also sent us a lovely note upon departure. The villa itself was lovely. It was immaculately clean with comfortable beds, a spacious lounge area and a lovely backyard patio with lounge, dining table, chairs and a small garden. The owners had even left us a bottle of wine and some tasty nibbles upon arrival, such a thoughtful treat! There’s a garage to fit one car that is attached to the villa and a kitchen with all tools you’ll need for cooking. We really enjoyed staying in the Mermaid Beach area as there’s a few cafes and a surf club nearby, the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away (depending how quickly you walk!) and it’s central to both Surfers Paradise and the fun parks but also to Burleigh Head and further south. There’s also a bike path that runs all along the beach from one suburb to another which is very close to the villa. Overall we loved our stay and the villa was the perfect home to base ourselves from. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic villa

We were travelling with a 4 yo and a 3 month old and found the villa perfect size. Was really a home away from home and the Egyptian cotton sheets were heaven! Kids were excited to see bats hanging from the trees out the back garden. Definitely would return when the weather is hotter to take advantage of the lagoon pool

Wonderful place to stay, lovely and thoughtful host, great pool and area!

We found this to be a wonderful place to stay, Nicole was a thoughtful host and even had some nice things in the place for our arrival (tea, snacks etc for), and the pool and area is great. A short walk to the beach and some restaurants nearby too. Thankyou

Very relaxing and comfortable stay. Great location and clean apartment

We, 2 adults and 2 children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diamond Cove. The pool was 50 m from the doorstep and the apartment was a 5-10 min drive from nearby amenities. Pacific Fair was a 5 min drive away and is an amazing shopping mall. The apartment was well equipped and had all the essentials that you need to help your stay be comfortable (washing powder, kitchen stuff etc) . There were plenty of towels available to use which was great for down by the beach /by pool. We had an issue with a blind in a bedroom but this was dealt with within a couple of hours. The beds are very comfortable.

Convenient and family friendly

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Pacific fair shopping centre is only a 2 min drive or 10-15 min stroll. 30 min drive to theme parks. Lots of scenic beaches and inlets south of mermaid beach. Property is bright, clean and well equipped - right down to the first aid kit and mosi spray. Everything you need is there! Pool is great addition to keep the kids entertained - highly recommend a stay here.
