What a rare find, an ocean front renovated and upgraded end unit facing the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the warm gulf breezes in this Sea Winds of Marco Island end unit. Features include a updated kitchen and remodeled bathrooms, fantastic decor, 3 televisions and wireless internet. Washer and dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has twins and a private bathroom.

The property offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, plenty of chairs around the pool as well as a small shaded building by the pool.

Located just a short distance away is the Marco Island movie theaters, ice cream parlor, indoor and outdoor dining and shopping. The perfect spot for the perfect vacation!

Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds managers office per car, 2 car maximum

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Condition of unit not as shown on listing. Wasn’t able to stay as smell caused some problems with my breathing. It wasn’t cleaned as it should have been. The host did relay that tile work was being done, but wouldn’t impact my stay. My opinion is that it wasn’t completely safe as the

Great location and very quiet. Just a two minute walk to the beach. The place has everything that you need such as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles. Check in was easy and communication was fast. Highly recommended to stay here.

This is a nice well equipped condo. It has everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. The location is good as well.Great sunset views. It would be nice if there were a better way to unlock access to the lobby/beach instead of a physical key (maybe a key pad electronic entry)

Excellent beach front condo

We were excited for our two week COVID holiday getaway and this condo rental didn’t disappoint! The corner unit was clean and well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub were a nice added amenity for the kids and the beachfront location was key!

Wonderful!!

Our first visit to Marco in December, we had a grand time! The condo was perfect! Our only suggestion would be blackout curtains in the master bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect! The sliding glass doors to the patio were breathtaking!

FANTASTIC!

We had the absolute best week here in Marco. Beautiful lanai with unbeatable views of the Gulf (so gorgeous at sunset). The beach was absolutely beautiful. Comfy condo with everything that you need. We will be back!

Excellent location

The location of this property is perfect with a beautiful ocean view and is on the very southern part of the island. The unit is dated but is consistent with the pictures provided. There were a couple of issues with appliances not working properly but Nicki was super responsive and great to work with.

Place was nice. I wish they used FOBs instead of keys. Had to use keys all the time The locks stuck at times. Enjoyed ourselves. Got to see dolphins from our balcony.

a little slice of heaven

We loved everything about our stay on Marco. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the well stocked condo and were very appreciative of all the cookware and dishes available! The views from this end unit were amazing and the extra light from all the windows was a plus. When our shower decided to go wonky, Nikki was quick to respond and had it resolved as quickly as possible. We look forward to many future stays in Marco and will definitely come back to Sea Winds.

Great Marco island location

Great location to beach. Great views of Gulf! Even saw dolphins most morning s from the balcony. Pool was nice break from the windy days at beach! Unit was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and towels! Furniture could use some updating especially in the family room. Couch and chairs were well worn with some stains but we could tell it was worn in the photos.

overall was accurate details and property was well maintained. Kids were disappointed that there were no board games, tennis rackets or boogie boards for ocean play but they were not in the description so no fault of owner. We did leave a boogie board as we couldn't fly with it for next family with kids. We have stayed in the seawinds prior to this and found the facility was kept up well, pool was great and kept clean. It is on the beach with great views of ocean, dolphins daily and a private enterance to ocean. Will stay again thank you

disappointing

we have rented 5 other units in this building and this was the worst. furniture was falling apart, owner stored stuff in both closets and we couldn't get all of our things in there so things were piled up all over the place. the outdoor furniture was rusted to the point that we were afraid to sit on the lounger, very outdated and the slated door next to the washer kept falling apart. oh and the master drain was clogging so we fixed it.

Fabulous View

My spouse and I stayed here for a week in October 2024 and loved it. The balcony is oceanfront with a direct view west and north. The place was clean and well-equipped with everything we would want. Nice tile floor throughout, spacious for the two of us, and with an equipment closet that had anything you’d want for the beach. King size bed was comfortable (we did not sleep in the other bedroom). We choose this place for the view, 2 beds, 2 baths, and the location. We would choose it again without reservation. As for the facility itself, we believe the Apollo to have better common areas but this location (right next to the Apollo) to have superior units. Both the space and the balcony at this place were far superior. (The first 3 days of our 10 day trip were at the Apollo, the last 7 at this location). Deficits: no Keurig maker when we stayed, both internet and Wi-Fi during the day were not always strong but both were fine at night. The balcony furniture was new when we stayed, the interior furniture was dated but comfortable. This is clearly someone’s home and not just a rental. The place has a Full size fridge with an icemaker! - another perk over Apollo. For us, this was the perfect spot for what we needed; a place to sleep, shower, and have a great view. I reached out to the property manager with a question or comments and she was always warm and promptly responsive. In our circumstances, the place was ready hours before the official check in - we were grateful

The host was welcoming, the location and beach were great. The room, however, requires some care. The mattress in the master BR has “hills and valleys.” The living room furniture is dated and uncomfortable. There were signs of water damage on the living room ceiling, near the front door, and the bathroom.

The beach was gorgeous, the pool was fantastic. The whole experience was just wonderful. For a family of four. Plenty of space clean can’t say enough great things.

Very disappointed.The couch was hard as a rock. The sleeper sofa was not able to be slept on. The place was hot at night and you couldn’t turn thermostat down below 70. The kitchen was poorly stocked for cooking.

One week winter trip Marco island

Overall trip was great. Highly recommend for family vacation. Property location was perfectly situated on the island. The property was clean and had everything necessary for us. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. everything was operational and no issues. Property manager was very responsive to questions and clarifications.

Great condo

We had a great time! The condo was perfect and the SeaWinds is an excellent property (easy access to beach with a nice pool and tennis courts). The condo had a great layout, was well-stocked (including chairs for the beach), was very clean, and had a great view of the beach. Definitely recommend this.

Amazing location and gorgeous ocean views!

This property was perfectly located. The balcony sunset views were spectacular. Very well equipped with all things I would have at home for convenience. Possible improvements- room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and new mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress literally sunk in the middle. It wasn't very comfortable.
