Clean, close to food and shopping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rnr is such a great place to rent from they get back to you quickly and are easy to work with. The home we stayed at was very clean and had everything we needed. This home does not have TV's in the bedrooms if that is something you are looking for. Currently the bed upstairs is lacking, but I contacted RnR and they are looking into. I will definitely rent from RnR again. This is a great unit for families.

Rachelle, thank you for the review and kind words for RnR! We appreciate the shoutout as customer service is our top priority. We are glad to hear the home was squeaky clean and perfectly stocked for all your family's needs. Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next, but we really appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention so we can look into it. Also for future guests, this home does not have TV’s in the bedrooms, however there is a 50"4K UHD Samsung smart TV in the living room. We hope to see you back in beautiful South Lake Tahoe very soon Rachelle! Thank you for being a great guest.

Awkward Proportions

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and clean, but it can accommodate far more people for sleeping than it can for relaxing. There are enough beds for 7 adults, but the living area (around the TV) has space for only for 4 adults to sit comfortably. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cookware and the coffee pot was very cheap.

Kimberly, thank you for staying with us and for your review. We’re glad to hear your group was very comfortable in the unit and that the ceiling fans were helpful with the heat. Although this unit is updated throughout, some of the windows are the originals and we’re sorry we had to find an alternative way to keep them propped open for your stay. The window has now been fixed for future stays. Thank you again for your review and we hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

Roomy and cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at Tahoe at this property!! It’s close to everything! Heavenly, Kirkwood and Sierra are all within a close distance. The house was large and had all of the luxuries you would expect. There were only 4 of us, but you can sleep 12. We would love to come back and bring friends!! Mahalo nui loa from Hawaii!

Great Family Retreat

The Tahoe Family Haven, was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to shops, an 8 minute drive to the beach, and 12 minutes to Heavenly. It accommodated our family of 5 comfortably and our friends family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend this house to anyone staying with multiple families. Be aware there are a lot of short flights of stairs, if you can't manage them this is not the place for you! It was the perfect place for our families, and we would stay there again!

Amazing experience!

We have rented multiple vacation properties over the years and the RnR team is by far the best. They go above and beyond and have been responsive from the booking process to the end of our stay. They are extremely organized and every person on the team we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The house had a great vibe, was clean and functional. Location was ideal too. Code to shops, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the village but close enough that it would not deter from going to eat out there. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back to this house or another from RnR’s portfolio!
