Between two beaches

Enjoy the benefits of easy walking access to the beach. Stroll on a sealed path to Cameron's Bight beach for a swim or head to Koonya beach for the surf, fishing or to explore the many rock pools at low tide.

The house is clean, relaxing and well equipped. It is well located to explore the range of amazing sights and activities the Peninsula has to offer.

Details

The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to cook up a storm, or you can drop into the Koonya General Store for a snack and coffee (100m) or head out and dine in Blairgowrie and Sorrento.

Linen and towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

Internet (NBN) available.

8 seater dining table and outdoor setting. There is a BBQs to cook up your snags.

Trampoline for the kids, table tennis, darts and plenty of space to run around or play backyard cricket.

Bordering Sorrento and Blairgowrie, the house is well located for a very short car trip to visit local attractions and facilities, including:
- Blairgowrie shopping strip
- Sorrento main street (Ocean Beach Road)
- Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron
- Point Nepean National Park

Little holiday getaway

Amazing place, was really well looked after and well suited to the group. House was spacious and was enough to fit everyone. Great location and very happy with the stay we had.

Perfect location

We had a great holiday and the property was perfect for our family. The location was great and easy walk to the beach, space inside the property was great & we didn’t use all of the sleeping spaces. The yard around the property was good for kids to play. The owner was very helpful and presented the property nicely for our stay. We will return for another holiday

A wonderful house and location

The house was great, so well set up for kids with lots of toys and games. Garage with table tennis, fußball etc was a big hit. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with basic food staples and everything we needed for cooking / meals. Lovely spot for a bbq, we used the gas one there. Great big garden and trampoline. The photos don’t really do the place justice. The location was great too, walk to the beach and to the handy corner store for an early morning coffee. Or a great base to explore further from. We will be back!

Great Property

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the house was very well equipped. It has a lovely back garden and is in an excellent location between the foreshore and ocean. The air con was a great bonus during the hot days.

Great house and excellent service

I recently booked this house for myself and some friends for a weekend in Blairgowrie From the first point of contact I received excellent service from James. He was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The house was very comfortable, clean and great value for money. James provided me with lots of information of the local area which was really helpful. I would highly recommend this house and I will stay here in the future.

Fantastic house in prime location

A couple of mates and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it. Everything is within walking distance, with the Koonya General Store literally just around the corner. The house itself was also perfect for a week away, with plenty of gear and games to keep us entertained when we weren't down at the beach. Overall, we had a great week away and would defiantly look at staying again if the need should ever arise.

As high value as you will find on Stayz.

I stayed here with a bunch of friends for a golf weekend and every last one mentioned how well equipped and nicely set up the property was. Perfect for adults and children with much area to relax or to entertain both inside and out. Walking distance to both front and back beaches, the house also conveniently lies within close proximity to a general store to suit many needs only a one minute walk down the road. Lastly, the property manager was very helpful and easy to liaise with. I will without doubt tell my friends about this place!

Fantastic Value

We were very impressed with the property in terms of cleanliness and ammenities, even more so given the relatively low cost for our weekend booking. Close to a local store, the beach and the Blairgowrie shops it is a great location for getting away for a weekend out of the city. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Fantastic house and location

I stayed here with my family and parents-in-law and we all loved it. The house is comfortable, spacious and was very clean. It's well-equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen and pantry, plus linen and towels were provided. There's a picnic table and a couple of barbecues so eating outside was lovely in the warm weather. It's also great for kids, with a big backyard and trampoline as well as indoor toys and books. The location is convenient, a short walk to both the front and back beaches and the general store is a 2 minute walk. Both Blairgowrie and Sorrento townships are about a 5 minute drive. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place! Great Location and Wine on arrival!

James was extremely helpful throughout my booking process, even providing some suggestions of fun things to do & good places to eat in the local area. The property was beautiful, well appointed and we were provided with towels and linen which you often dont get at holiday houses. Will definately be staying again!
