You will never find the perfect house but this one is close. The few issues we had did not take away from our stay. We had 9 of us and it is so big we still had privacy. Lots of outdoor space also. Dan S.

Check in was super easy, house was beautiful and had all essentials for a comfortable stay. Location was away enough to give us a sense of privacy and close enough to things to male trips easy. Entire family had a blast and enjoyed our stay. I'll also add that property owners were great communicators!

The house was very nice and had great views! Everything was pretty clean, except for the floors so we did mop upon arrival. We found four scorpions and a black widow that appeared to be living in the light fixture in the passage way to the pool. Obviously that's expected out here in AZ, I definitely wouldn't walk barefoot anywhere! The house was super nice and would stay again if the house was more handicap friendly. My dad did have a hard time getting around (stairs everywhere). It was very spacious and well laid out and the rental company was super helpful, sweet, and quick to respond. If I could change anything about our stay it would be to heat the pool at least one day since it was so cold. Which was not expected in the AZ summer.! Great house for a family vacation overall!

Pool was cool on the first day but heated up the next day. Enjoyed the pool but the steps need a handrail for seniors to get out. Tiles are slippery one in our party slipped and sustained a slight cut on the steps. More night lights around the pool would be helpful. Also a handrail going to the out side apartment on the steps. We enjoyed the morning wildlife! So entertaining!! I would recommend this property. Very convenient and close to things in the area. We had a wonderful time!!

Wonderful place. Clean plenty of room for everyone. Located in middle of everything we wanted to see and do. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was set with everything we needed to cook a meal. Watched hot air balloons over Sedona most mornings. Granddaughter loved the pool. The most beautiful sun rises over the mountains.

Property was as advertised. The pool area was fantastic and the water was perfect. Steps from the living/dining room area to the pool table level needed to be better identified with some type of floor marking. The showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Towels were plentiful.

Very roomy in a great location

Our group of 4 couples enjoyed staying at Quail Run Road for our annual Harley trip. We were a little confused, the listing indicated 4 baths with showers….we could only find 3! A little disappointing. The house was plenty roomy for the eight of us and worked out great. Cottonwood is a very nice town and worked well for staging our daily trips. Unfortunately we caught a heat wave and the pool was a good choice for the 104 degree temperature!

We are thrilled to hear that you and your group had a wonderful stay here in Cottonwood and enjoyed the accommodations, amenities and location of this home. We do apologize for the confusion with the bathrooms and that you weren't able to find the fourth one, if you would like to find that out, please reach out to our office and they can inform you of where the missing bathroom was located. We truly appreciate you and we do hope to see you again in the future. Your Friends at Foothills Property Management Sedona
