Upmarket Apartment At Beach- Private Unit in Iconic Q1 Resort, This stunning 2 bedroom large apartment has 180 degree views of ocean, beach, city, main river & hinterland views – photos are 'actual'.

Watch the sunrise in the east to the sunset in the west each day. It is renowned as the ultimate place to stay on the Gold Coast, as it is the tallest (79 floors) residential property in Australia.

LARGE apartment for 4 guests only.
We do not allow overcrowding in order to maintain the quality of this apartment

GETTING AROUND
LIGHT RAIL
The new light rail / tram called the 'G Link' tram station is on the street directly in front of the resort on Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The new tram is ideal for getting around south to Broadbeach and north it travels through Surfers Paradise to Main Beach and continues up to the University Hospital and Griffith University.

- BUS outside the Resort on the Gold Coast Highway at the end of Hamilton Ave, takes you to all the Theme Parks :-

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable with great views, everything we could want was catered for and a very helpful host. Loved it ! I will definitely be back again, it’s so much better than a hotel room. My only wish would be for block out curtains in the main bedroom, because I love a really dark room.

Very comfortable apartment, immaculate, large, with quality furnishings. Q1 surely impressed. Communication with property manager was quick and very detailed.

Family holiday
Amazing location, apartment was outstanding in everything and very comfortable. Check in process was so clear and smooth and property manager was outstanding. Will def stay here again
