Each year the tenants in the winter have first option for their same time period for the following year. New reservation availability begins end of April each year.

One of Marco's few beachfront condos which will permit weekly rentals. ALL units are direct beachfront, no staggering or angling. Look out from the private lanai, living room and master bedroom to see the Gulf of Mexico. While dining or lounging on the private lanai your see 3+1/2 miles of Marco's crescent shaped beach. Watch dolphins jump and play in front of you and many sea birds, skimmers, pelicans, gulls, terns sometimes in large groups flying and diving in front of you. The gracious size beach in front of you is wide enough for picking your own place but not so wide that it becomes a "hike" to the water's edge.
Inside the unit, immerse yourself in your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are full size and new. You can prepare a regular meal and even have containers for left overs. There is a large stacked washer and dryer in the unit adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors that look out to the Gulf with an ensuite full bath with a spacious shower (no tub). The guest bedroom has two twin beds and also and ensuite bath with shower and doubles as a bathroom for any company.
The unit has central air and heat (if ever needed), all tile flooring throughout, 3 flat screen TV's with cable and wifi. There are plenty of all linens, beach equipment to include 4 sand chairs, 6 beach towels, cooler, noodles and umbrella.
The building offers a heated pool and jacuzzi by the pool. Tennis courts and open air parking. These amenities are included except parking which has a small fee of $50 per vehicle, a one time charge for the full stay, paid to Sea Winds at check in.
The southern area of Marco location of the Sea Winds offers the convenience of an easy short walk to many attractions. ie. shopping, restaurants, movie theater, ice cream parlor, other beach front bars and restaurants, convenience store, marina and miniature golf.
Marco is very self contained, most everything you want, can be found on Marco. Walmart is just 7 miles north of Marco as well as Fresh Market, Aldi, Marshalls, Stein Mart and others.
Close to Marco is the Everglades for an airboat ride experience and Indian alligator wrestling. A visit to Everglades City and Chokoloskee for some history of the area is also a plus.
To the north is the city of Naples with many attractions and history plus a Zoo, Theater productions and you shouldn't miss a trip down 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. There are various nature conservancies in the area to include Rookery Bay and Corkscrew Park.
The closest airports to get to Marco are Ft Meyers (RSW) and Ft. Lauderdale (FLL). Miami is also a choice about 2+ hours away. If Allegiant Airlines are easily accessible to you they fly into Punta Gorda which is one hour and 15 minutes north and generally very good prices.
