Sunny Mountainside location in Highland Meadows neighborhood of West Vail overlooking the beautiful Vail valley. A short walk down the hill to the Matterhorn bus stop and Donovan park. Minutes to Lionshead Village and Vail Village either by car or on the bike path along Gore Creek. 2-3 minutes from Safeway and City Market for your shopping needs. New construction in 2010, home is spacious and inviting with all new furnishings, in floor radiant heat, multiple fireplaces and upscale finishes throughout. This 4 bedroom 4 bath house with 2 livings areas plus loft is great for families and entertaining. Layout has main floor great room, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area (table 8-10), spacious laundry room / mud room with entry from garage. There is also 1 bedroom (King) on the main floor . Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1w/King, Bunk room,4-5) and a large living area/game room (queen sofa sleeper). Upstairs is the Master bedroom suite(King) and the loft with sitting area(queen sleeper) and office space.
There are 2 decks that provide wonderful entertaining and sunny outdoor living space that includes a gas grill cooking area off the kitchen and a table for 8. After playing all day, enjoy the brand new 8 person hot tub located in a private covered patio area. Other amenities include large covered entry, marble countertops throughout, steam shower, oversized 2 car heated garage for your vehicles and gear and plenty of off street guest parking. There are also 5 new 50"+ flat screen TV's, high speed internet, wifi and Sonos sound system.
You won't be disappointed.
Please note: I will be renting my home for 2 weeks during the winter 23/24 holiday time frame. The first time frame will be from Dec.18-29th and the second time frame will be from Dec. 29th- Jan. 8th.

This is a well-appointed home that was perfect for two families to enjoy a winter holiday at Vail. Beds and bedding were comfortable and new, and towels were plentiful. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed cooking meals together, including steak on the balcony grill one night, and relaxing in the hot tub. The location is fantastic for skiing out of Lionshead Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location - wonderful trip

We had a great holiday stay at the property. Very well maintained and spacious. It was easy to drive to the slopes. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were super responsive as well. Very lucky to find this rental.

The house was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Bedrooms were large and accommodating I would have preferred if more of the owners possessions were put up. This includes pantry and refrigerator items. Also it would be nice to have all appliances work. Not limited to but including the garage disposal

Great House for large group

We had a big group (6 adults and 6 kids) and had plenty of room in the house for all. Kids had their areas while adults could mingle in a different area. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We ended up not using the Vail Bus system as the bus stop was located at the bottom of the hill, and the adults didnā€™t feel comfortable with the kids walking up/down the hill in the snowy conditions, so we drove to the slopes everyday. Overall, great house and would highly recommend!!!

Stayed over new years

This was our first time to vail. This was the largest, nicest, best priced and best located cabin we could find. We comfortably slept 5 kids and 6 adults. The cabin in well stocked and well taken care of and only moments away from lionshead and vail village.

Wonderful family vacation home!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and found it to be perfect for a family of 10. Private location only a few minutes drive to Vail Village. Shuttle pick up at bottom of hill is convenient. 2 car garage easily fit 2 SUVā€™s. Large well stocked kitchen. Plenty of quality bedding and towels. Beautiful Mountain Viewā€™s with lots of deck space. Large hot tub easily accessed via family room downstairs. 2 gas fireplaces! Lots of indoor and out door games and equipment for kids. Driveway plowed each morning to allow easy exit to the slopes. I would highly recommend this home for a gathering of friends and family. Everything was well laid out with bedrooms on a variety of levels to allow for quiet places for parents with young children. Each bedroom has dedicated bathroom. I am already shopping for a steam shower for Christmas after enjoying the luxury in the upstairs master bedroom. Heated floors throughout. Multiple large HD TVā€™s. My family loved it here and I hope yours will too!

Amazing home for the whole family or friends

We stayed at this amazing luxury decorated home last weekend and it was perfect. We used all 4 bedrooms and had plenty of room for everyone! We drank our coffee on the fabulous deck and enjoyed nature and the views. The home is conveniently located to the center of Vail and super convenient with the free bus. We will be back again in ski season!

Weekend Getaway

Just when you thought Vail couldn't get any better... This spectacular house in the perfect location was just the getaway my friends and I needed! Tons of room for your SUV's, very spacious rooms and comfortable furniture are just the tip of the iceberg. Right down the road from the shuttle pick-up is a plus and the privacy aspect was top of the line. I cannot wait to be back in Vail again for opening weekend, November 18th! Hopefully this house is available :)

FABULOUS! APRES SKI HAUTE' SPOT.....

Did I say fabulous? The perfect mountain getaway.....a short jaunt to the bike trail on Gore Creek and 10 minutes to the village. No traffic, no noise and very private. Beautiful furnishings include designer bedding, linens and such. Best of both worlds...close to it all, yet a step away from the hustle and crowds at the Village. Cannot wait to stay again this winter. Stellar joint. Need I say more? By the way, hospitality was over the top.

This house is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous! Private. Pristine. Immaculate. Quiet. The photos do not show how spacious the rooms, kitchen and deck actually are. It has every amenity you need. Perfectly located. Close to the shuttle service. I was fortunate enough to be there during the changing of the leaves. I arrived at night and when I woke up in the morning the views of the mountain through the aspens were breathtaking. The house has ample room for all of my family with its 4 bedrooms and bathrooms plus tons of room to spare. The mattresses are soft and extremely comfortable. Deluxe hotel quality comforters and pillows. The kitchen is not only enormous it is a dream. I truly enjoyed the time we spent hanging out in the family room with the fireplace and sitting out on the large decks. I am very impressed with the fabulous decor and comfy furniture. The homeowners are easy to work with and extremely conscientious. During our stay, went to the Farmer's Market and Art Show in Vail Village. For dinner, we sat outside at the Chophouse listened to live music and enjoyed the view of the gondola on the slopes. This will be the perfect house for a girl's weekend! I will definitely come back again and hopefully stay longer to enjoy all this home has to offer, especially the jacuzzi!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at this property during a soccer tournament. It was centrally located between the fields in Vail and Edwards. It is located minutes from Lionshead and downtown Vail Village. The leaves were just turning and absolutely beautiful. The house had everything we needed and provided a wonderful get away. The bedrooms in the basement allowed a separate living area for a second family and we could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were wonderful!
