The Villa comfortably sleeps 18 in 9 luxurious bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms surround a beautiful courtyard with a state-of-the-art saltwater swimming pool. There is also a full-size common bathroom downstairs. Home’s beautiful beachfront setting is conveniently minutes to downtown Jaco.
Downstairs bedrooms vary, with 3 bedrooms featuring king-size beds, 4 bedrooms with double size beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a front entrance and beautiful full-size sliding glass doors that exit to the side of the house.

Each bedroom is also equipped with its own AC unit with a remote, a 40” LED smart TV, with WiFi throughout the whole house.
The state-of-the-art kitchen captures the picturesque beauty of Costa Rica, with a large window overlooking the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf double oven range with 6 burners, grill, and griddle; 2 large Sub-Zero refrigerators with an ice maker and water and ice dispenser; a Sub-Zero ice maker perfect for filling coolers: 2 Miele German dishwashers; garbage disposal; a coffee maker; toaster oven; microwave; television, and its own AC unit.
The indoor dining room/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. This multi-functional room also has its own AC unit and is perfect for special events and for enjoying the view of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific. While it’s a dining area on one side, it’s a formal living room on the other. Guests can watch their favorite show or movie and play games on a 94” drop-down projection screen.
The outdoor living area seats 14. The Courtyard is equipped with High-Performance speakers that create an unparalleled surround ambiance sound that blends into the beautiful architecture. There is an amazing grilling area in the front yard overlooking the beach. It consists of a 42” Alfresco Outdoor All Grill with rotisserie, a 24” Alfresco power burner, and a sink.
The water undergoes a thorough (non-chemical) cleansing process through salt purification, then through a carbon filter, and lastly, the water is treated with ultraviolet (UV) light to kill any remaining germs and bacteria that could be in the water supply. With the help of a Jaturna Water Filtering System, the water that comes out of all of our faucets and showers are cleaner than the bottled water you would buy at the store.

A long gated driveway at the entrance offers secured off-road parking for more than one vehicle.

There are no roads, power lines, or traffic at all between Villa Montine and the Beach. You can step straight from luxury to sand! This is very hard to find in Jaco!
