You can fish from your own sandy beach and even throw in a crab pot...then cook up your catch on the BBQ and dine under the stars. Catch the glorious winter sun in the mornings and watch the kids splash in the pool all year round.

For those who love nothing more than to relax with their favourite TV shows, there are smart TV's in the living room, master bedroom and king bedroom 2.

The central, airy kitchen comes equipped with everything you can think of, from cutlery and crockery, to pots and pans, utensils and even a coffee machine perfect for those nights you prefer to stay in and enjoy just being "at home".

The house was very dirty. We had cockroaches both dead and alive. There was no fly spray and had ants at the back door. There was no first aid box in the property. The master bedroom shower leaked all over the tiles outside the door making for a slip hazard. Pantry cupboards were filthy. There was some sort of build - looked like black eggs or something on floor in kitchen that we swept up but it came back.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the property did not meet the standard you expected. Professional pest-control services had recently been carried out at the property, which can result in both dead and live cockroaches, as well as ants, being visible while the treatment takes effect. However, we understand that encountering pests during your stay was unpleasant, but we do know the pest control is working. The cleaning issues are being investigated, the property was checked prior to your arrival will nil issues reported, we are sorry your issues were missed. We are reviewing the pantry cupboards, the material found on the kitchen floor, and the overall cleaning process. Please note if you had reported your issues the cleaning crew would have attended immediately to rectify any issues found. The leaking shower will also be investigated, and the drains will be checked to identify and address the cause thank you for letting us know as we never use the shower so unless reported we don't know. Pest spray was left at the property, we will look into why it was missing. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Perfect family Vacay!

Perfect spot for a family catch up on the Gold Coast! Plenty of space for everyone, kids lived in the pool, great outdoor entertaining space. Place was clean and felt like home away from home.

The house was good and in a great location. The outdoor area/pool were great. There were a few maintenance things that needed to be fixed. I did advise the Property Manager. The wifi wasn’t great, had to be reset several times but didn’t make it any better. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

FAMILY FUNTIME

Perfect location close to beautiful beaches, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Casino and awesome eateries and coffee shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer - Property Manager was very helpful and gave us all the information needed. Totally recommend this property.

Home Away From Home

My family, friends and I had an amazing stay. It was honestly like our home away from home. Rhonnie was on point with communication and made the check in process a breeze. If we had the chance, we would definitely book again and highly recommend this beautiful home for a family or group of friends.

It’s truly was bliss for my family!

Had a great time lovely house. All the little things you usually forget to bring are right here. Thank you for a wonderful time with our family, so very spacious fantastic location, just need to update the kids play equipment

Enjoyable

It was great except for strong smell of dog urine in the house, shower leaked in ensuite in main bedroom, tv remote didnt work in lounge room, glass fragments on couch in main bedroom. Dishwasher wasnt emptied when we arrival, pool seems to be leaking

My family and I stayed at bliss on blue waters for 11 days, it was perfect, the house accommodated our large family, it was in a great location and was a clean property. We did have an issue with the power cutting out, we contacted management and they responded immediately and the problem was fixed. Check in and out was smooth and easy and all communication with management was excellent We would highly recommend this accommodation or one of the many others these guys have

Perfect Location

Close to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach and Walking Distance to the Beach. Perfect room setting for our family with three children. Internet/Netflix didn’t work and TV was very slow. Could do with a deep clean.

Yearly Trip Away

The house was clean and well equipped although disappointed there weren't sufficient plastic glasses for use outside (only 2!). Two main bedrooms were a good size, but the others were quite small. Some previous tenants had left sand at the bottom of the pool which should have been vacuumed before our arrival.

Bliss on Blue Water

Great location to pacific fair. Great with the pool area. Unfortunately we had issues with running out of gas for cooking. Lounge room A/c had issues with internal pump, very noisy at night as it was on adjacent bedroom wall. Not all windows had insect screens or security screens. Loved that fishing gear was supplied. Wifi was terrible not enough bandwidth to service ipads and tv apps ie Netflix etc. Gas stove top had problems with flow and control. The oven itself was problematic but that was more of getting use to the settings. Play equipment as pictured was rotten and had to be removed for safety. Access to the beach/canal was dangerous. Overall kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the week relaxing.

Hi Steven We are so glad you were happy with the property location and fishing gear. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion gas bottles do run out. The air conditioner was checked by a technician who advised us it was in good working order; pump was moved slightly to eliminate possible vibration. this issue along with others were addressed immediately, each time you contacted us. Access to canal checked and in good condition. Stove/oven instructions are laminated and at the property. We appreciate and thank you for your feedback, it is valuable to us.

Disappointing

So many things wrong with this property. Person letting us in ignored my first email saying we would be there at 2pm then advised me that time was taken - agreed to 2.30 she was late. Large branch on footpath had to be removed before my elderly mother with a wheelie walker could get past. Not as clean as it should be missing dishwashing equipment(cleaners did attend within a few hours and rectify bringing dishwasher tablets, cloths and dishwashing liquid) used bandaid in one of the beds, hair in bath and on floor of ensuite, crumbs under sofa, cupboard doors with drips down them, sand in a cupboard, other cupboards not clean, gardens messy- leaves and seed pods everywhere fishing rods on side path - tripped over them while carrying stuff inside from car, stones on front pathway pavers, tripping hazard especially for older people, had to call property manager, cleaners, electrician and a plumber. Outside lighting not enough to see clearly at night and get safely up pathway, Network and wifi not working, therefore TV not working, (property manager Halle did try to get people in to fix these issues but all took time) master bedroom floor previously flooded - carpet still wet and stinking, leak in other bathroom, we were there for a 4 day stay with our other 2 sons, daughter in law and elderly parents to attend our son's wedding. What should have been a nice family time was very disappointing, annoying and stressful. Good position, good set up but needs serious maintenance.

Disappointed Kids

A great house for two families. We had 8 kids between us and the sleeping arrangements and space was good. We are from NZ so the kids were keen to swim. Hence why we booked a house with a swimming pool! However when we arrived, the pool was green as green. After a phone call, a pool guy arrived the next day and loaded it with chlorine. He advised that it wasn’t ideal to swim in and would hurt the children’s eyes. We had 1 day out of 4 that the pool was swimmable. This was very disappointing and had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. Surely if there are guests coming in, the pool would be checked prior to them arriving? We were told by the owner that it was green due to the weather! As the pool was the only prerequisite it made for a disappointing stay.

Unfortunately yes, we had very heavy rain for several days prior to this guest's arrival which caused the balance to be out. The pool man came to clean the pool as he always does every week on the morning of this guest's arrival which was scheduled for 2pm. He dosed it up heavily with chlorine to correct balance and guest was advised of the situation upon her arrival. She was told the children could swim but that their eyes may sting if they swim in the first 24 hours. Guest insisted on pool man returning despite this, which he did...and reiterated what she had been told upon arrival. The pool was restored to its usual clarity the next day. This happens and pool was addressed immediately. We have a fantastic pool man who services all 15 pools of the lovely homes we manage and he does a brilliant job. The weather cannot be helped and it's really quite ridiculous to rate the house with three stars due to a situation out of our control but that was immediately resolved. Not really sure what else we were supposed to do and it's also unreasonable to expect us to let the guest know, prior to her arrival, that the pool was affected by rain but will be perfect in 24 hours...the pool literally turned overnight and was addressed immediately. Given guest arrived in the afternoon and the pool was well on its way back to perfection by the next morning, I'm not sure why there is no understanding of this. Sorry kids were disappointed. Hopefully they had a great time though being on the Gold Coast with all the lovely beaches, theme parks and shopping...all in walking distance :) As can be seen by the rest of the review, this house is also in a great location, perfect for a large family, has ducted airconditioning, is waterfront, has unlimited free wifi and Foxtel and Netflix. I'm sure reasonable people will understand "things happen" and so long as they are resolved speedily there is really nothing more we can do, being human.

We just fall in love with the house. There was a problem with the pool when we arrived but it was solved quickly. Thanks so much for that. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the view ;)

Great location, great home away from home

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The house had everything we needed for our stay, down to the frypans and brooms... It is great that the bedrooms are away from each other and we fit 11 people in easily. Its very relaxing to sit on the back veranda at that view of Surfers :)

Fabulous true pet friendly property in a great location

We recently spent 5 nights in this wonderful, truely pet friendly property, perfectly located for shopping at Pacific Fair or Carrara Markets, attending business or sporting functions on the Gold Coast or in our case, just relaxing & catching up with family & friends. Sleeping 11 it has the capacity & functionality to house this many comfortably. The morning sun is divine in the QLD July winter on the large lounge over looking the crystal clear pool & the city skyline makes for a fantastic back drop especially at night. There is an amazing array of food venues within a 10 minute drive & I can highly recommend the Jamaican Chicken outlet in Mermaid Beach shopping complex. They also cater & deliver for groups. It was a smash hit with everyone for our luncheon on the verandah. The Property Managers Nick & Tiffany are lovely, professional & friendly. They easily reached for any issue or question you may have & the lock box makes check out a breeze. The Foxtel & Netflix are a treat & the lounge is very comfortable, as are the beds. TV in each room was convenient & the kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook from home if you desire. With so much choice from Uber Eats it's hard to justify cooking. Pac Fair has Woolies & Coles & they're a few minutes drive or you could pre order. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay including our 2 spoilt dogs who loved watching the black swans swim in the canal & playing in the secure yard. The fact we can have our dogs inside with us is a deciding factor wether or not we will stay at a property as they travel everywhere with us & are better behaved than a lot of children. So thank you to the owners for allowing this. Much appreciated. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful house & have highly recommended it to other friends already. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last month. House is gorgeous. Property is in a perfect location walking distance to Pacific Fair, Casino and Broadbeach CDB. Nick and Tiffany were so accommodating and so easy to deal with. Lovely couple. I recommend this property.
