This hip, quiet, newly remodeled and tastefully furnished sealoft is surrounded by tidal marsh and abundant wildlife. Conveniently located to the excitement of Harbour Town while maintaining the feeling of seclusion among the pines.

While staying in the Sea Loft community just moments away are 20 miles of walking and biking paths and some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. For additional activities enjoy golf and tennis here in Sea Pines Plantation. Enjoy watching the deer and the island bird population from two levels of outdoor decking.

The interior of the loft has bamboo flooring, beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy cooking tasteful meals in the fully equipped custom, compact chefs kitchen. Cable/TV, wifi and a Amazon Firestick can be enjoyed in the spacious living room with the sectional sofa and comfortable leather chair. Bedrooms amenities include fluffy feather top beds and luxury linens.

This thoughtfully appointed home is best suited for adult guests with no children under 8 years old. One week minimum stay. Sea Pines Plantation is a gated, secure community. A guest pass is required for all guests and must be purchased by guests for the week ($20 at the security gate) and purchased upon arrival. The Sea Loft is 2.1 miles from the Beach Club, a gorgeous beach near clean restrooms, outdoor showers and a fantastic restaurant and bar.

Perfect oasis

Nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Best location in Sea Pines. Excellent communication although we never needed anything.

Worth every second

This trip was AMAZING and the property in Sea Pines was AMAZING. Gorgeous view with lots of deer and so close to many activities, restaurants, and venues. 10/10 would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful decor, even better than pictures show

We have stayed at many properties on Deer Island and we rank this as the best decorated with a warm and cozy feel. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have stayed on HHI in the 35 years we have been coming. If you want to try Deer Island start with this place.

Fantastic!

Our host Leanne, was super helpful and everything could possibly need and much more in the loft. It was the cutest place and located just down the road from Harbortown, which is so much fun! Saw several deer and their babies right next to the seal loft! She even provided beach chairs and umbrella, which we used every single day at Sea Pines Beach

Magical Deer Island

What a special place in the midst of Harbor Town a quiet refuge … This rental is perfect! Comfort and clean and stocked with everything for a perfect week in Hilton Head with our family of 4. This is our second vacation at this Sea Loft and never disappointed. Great new outdoor furniture too. LeeAnne is the best and communicates every step of process… perfect rental.

Cozy Sea Loft @ Deer Island

This Sea Loft was perfectly located for us. It was within walking distance of Harbor Town, and the deer came right up to our loft. We cooked most of our meals at the loft with the great amenities. The trails were great for bike riding, and the little shops were cool. Our host, LeeAnn was awesome. We can't wait to return for our next adventure.

Peaceful Retreat In The Pines

We truly appreciated our respite in this sea loft in Sea Pines Plantation. Lee Ann was very accommodating and answered any questions and concerns we had during our stay. The unit was clean and updated. We would certainly consider a repeat retreat at this sea loft in the future.

Peaceful location with more amenities than one would ever expect!

The Sea Loft was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is a cook's dream. What really stood out was the incredibly efficient use of space without making the living quarters feel restrictive. Ultra-close (5 min. walk) to Harbour Town and all it has to offer, and only a 10 minute bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Lee Ann was wonderful to work with as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quiet Escape

Staying at Deer Island Sea Loft was a pleasant surprise. Right beside the busy Harbor Town area is this almost untouched nature area with homes in the trees. If you are looking for a rustic stay in nature with all the amenities you need then this is the place for you. Our loft was beautiful and clean with a host that made us feel very welcome. We will be back again!

Perfect!

Perfect choice to stay right beside Harbourtown, especially if you like the feel of being in your own forest among the deer and the birds singing. All within a 10-minute walk to the harbour with all its restaurants and shops. The treehouse accommodation is charming and above-all well equipped and absolutely spotless. There is absolutely nothing the owner hasn't thought of in making this a true home for her guests. Even the decor and exhibits the charm of its host. Perfect!

What a Unique Experience!!

We have been renting villas for approx. 15 years and this property is the most unique place we have ever rented! The Sea Loft is not only stunning in decor, but the views out the bedroom are amazing! We picked this place to have peace, quiet and to relax from the everyday! Biking, golfing and site-seeing filled our days. Lee Ann was so helpful and we appreciated all the interaction we had. This place has everything you need and we highly recommend to anyone to stay here!

Fav. Spot in Harbour Town

We’ve been going to Hilton Head for more than 20 years and Lee Ann’s beautiful bungalow is our new favorite spot. The location is perfect- a quick drive to the beach and a quick walk to Harbour Town. The loft is adorable- beautifully decorated and the perfect size for a small family. But the coolest part is that we woke up every morning to a family of deer outside of the cottage! My girls loved seeing them every day and we loved seeing the girls’ faces light up. We are so thankful that we found this amazing spot. Thank you, Lee Ann! We will be back.

Sea Loft at Sea Pines

The Sea Lofts are a unique neighborhood in Sea Pines. We were a 2 minute walk to Harbour Town, yet in a natural setting that felt removed from any bustle. We had direct access to the biking trails as well, which we used daily. Our Treehouse by the Sea unit was perfect for us (3), and would also work well for 4. (probably not for small kids - deck stairs and spiral stairs). The Treehouse has a ton of character and is a great alternative to the condo route.

Uniquely quaint tree house in pleasant surroundings.

Excellent quick communication with owners. Description of accomomodation is accurate. Private, very comfortable, clean well maintained home, well provided kitchen amenities including cookware, glassware, serving dishes, cutlery, basic spices & condiments quality linens (including a nice touch - clean cotton table placemats and serviettes)& interesting small library - all so appreciated! Guide book for house and area services useful. Area is quiet & restful; loads of bike paths in beautiful Sea Pines part of the island.

Cozy Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this cozy cottage. It was exactly as described in the listing but even better. The home was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable for the two of us. The location is ideal - steps away from Harbor Town - but tucked away enough to allow for a feeling of privacy and quiet. The cottage has two well equipped full bathrooms and an adorable what appears to be newly renovated kitchen. We loved coming back to the cottage in the evening and enjoying time in the spacious but cozy living space. We felt as though we were in a tree house. Lee Ann was extremely accessible and responded promptly to all of my requests. We look forward to booking this property on our next visit to HHI.

Secluded in Sea Pines

One of the highlights of our visit to Hilton Head was staying in this beautiful, peaceful Sea Loft. It was truly a sanctuary to escape the crowds! The majority of the mornings we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the deck while relishing the breeze and listening to the various birds. During our stay we ate half our dinners on the deck too, then would take a stroll to the harbour to watch the sunset. After two weeks of no TV, no radio, no laptop and only using our phone for googling directions or making reservations we felt totally unplugged and refresehd at the end of our stay. LeAnn provided great tips for places to visit and checked in on us a couple times. She was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much, LeAnn!

Beautiful Loft In The Woods

What an adorable, eclectic little loft! We absolutely loved waking up every day surrounded by woods and deer. The nature trail at the end of the road was an unexpected bonus which we walked nearly every day. The loft is exactly as pictured with tons of little eclectic details in every room. The only suggestion, if even possible, would be to put a gate or door in front of the spiral staircase. It kind of made us nervous every time we walked into the kitchen. The loft itself was very clean with a nice, cold AC. All in all it was a very memorable and relaxing vacation, a perfect couple's retreat. I'm so glad we found it.

Ideal location

As others have stated, the location is perfect. It is peaceful (no neighbours on the other side of the wall) and the surrounding nature is so lush. We have stayed in the Sea Pines area for 8 years and now prefer this spot. It is awkward to get downstairs with laundry, but it's not a deal breaker for us. I do wish there was a screen on the door so that on nice days the fresh outdoor air could come in. I appreciated the bits of everyday needs in the pantry and the abundance of plates and bowls to choose from, but it meant that there are no empty cupboards for our own food and supplies. Would we return? Absolutely. Thank you Lee Ann, you are the perfect host.

Enjoyable Winter Break

My wife and I stayed for three weeks in February as a winter getaway. Check in was easy and Lee Ann was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. She definitely goes beyond the norm to make sure things are okay. The unit can sleep up to four, but two would seem to be a better comfort level for the size of the house. The double decks were very pleasant for reading and relaxing during the pleasant afternoons. The bathrooms are small, but functional and the same can be said for the kitchen space. The house is very close to the busy Harbour Town area, but its location on Deer Island isolates it and makes for a very quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. It is an easy walk to the shops and the lighthouse. Walking and biking are very accessible from the house and it is a short drive to the beach locations. We had a very nice stay and certainly did enjoy the deer and wildlife throughout as well.

Cozy and Quaint "Treehouse " in Sea Pines Sea Lofts

Our family of 4 w/ 2 kids under 12 loved our week in this quaint condo. We've been to Hilton Head one other time and had never heard of the Sea Lofts but were intrigued. The lofts are all nestled in a neighborhood just behind Harbour Town. It was an easy 1/3rd of a mile walk to Gregg Russell park. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the comforts of home. Everything was in working order and the owners had us well stocked with necessities. There are even 2 brita water pitchers in the fridge which saved us money on water. The bathrooms were small but clean. The laundry facilities were a big help too as we did lots of laundry. The owners also have beach chairs, umbrella and toys for use which was really nice. And speaking of the owners, Lee Anne was always available for any questions. She was super nice and helpful. We'd strongly consider staying again in the future!

Sealoft is an amazing retreat!

Sealoft was an amazing retreat for us. We felt right at home before we even arrived with the superb communication from the owner. We were late arriving but the check in process was still simple and efficient. Sealoft became home for a week as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was great, bed comfortable and the outside spaces amazing. We loved to sit on the porch and drink coffee and listen to the wind blow in the pines above. Sealoft's location is also great being close to Harbour Town. Plenty of nearby restaurants to either walk, bike or drive to. We really enjoyed CQs just down the street from Sealoft. The biking trails are excellent so be sure to rent a bike. I was able to reserve easily through the Seapines website and they deliver and pickup. The beach is close by and we went before 10:00 in the morning and were able to park at the Seapines beach club. It did seem to fill fast and then you park at a different lot and the trolley brings you back. If you have bikes, its only about 15 minutes to bike to the beach. We absolutely loved Sealoft and will definitely be back. We need a relaxing week and that's exactly what we got!

Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island has a long standing incredible reputation. We are thrilled with the neighborhood and community here in the sealoft area. A 5 minute drive to the beach and a 15 minute bike ride makes this the perfect vacation destination.

The design of the sealofts are reminiscent of the modern day tree house. Elevated off of the ground they allow for incredible views of the pine forest and surrounding wildlife. The shape, structure and layout of the sealoft sets this space apart. The sealoft has great access to the beach and shops of Harbor Town and is also tucked away in the forest.
