Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably across four beds. Each room is furnished with care, blending relaxed coastal character with cozy touches designed for a restful night.

Living & dining
The open living area is anchored by an HDTV and ceiling fan, giving you a comfortable place to decompress after a day out. A dedicated workspace means those on extended or medical stays can stay productive without leaving home.

Kitchen
The full kitchen is well-stocked for home cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and a full set of dishes and silverware are all ready for use. Pull up a chair at the indoor dining table, or carry your meal outside for a breezier setting.

Outdoor living
The screened patio is a genuine highlight - ceiling fan overhead, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining area make it an easy place to linger over morning coffee or evening drinks. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced private backyard offers greenery and privacy whenever you need a quiet moment outside.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, each with a bathtub and hair dryer. Towels, bed linens, and bath essentials are all provided.

Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and the in-unit washer and dryer are a welcome bonus for longer stays. Free driveway parking accommodates two vehicles, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival simple at any hour.

Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
