Located in a prime position, stunning lake, escarpment and ocean vistas, this property offers the perfect break away. With a large open plan living/dining area complete with a slow combustion wood heater, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the lake from the main living/kitchen areas and the front deck. Cook up some culinary delights in the contemporary kitchen with 900mm gas hot plate and electric oven. This property sleeps up to 9 people with 3-bathroom areas and ample space for guests to unwind. The property has 2 living areas including a theatre room complete with surround sound system and foxtel.

Featuring a large private outdoor deck area with sunken spa, outdoor shower, kitchen with built in BBQ & bar fridge and outdoor TV. this is the perfect space for dining and relaxing with the whole family, overlooking the rear garden with pizza oven. Guests can cook up a storm in the outdoor Pizza Oven whilst relaxing by the fire pit. There is plenty of wood supplied to cater for both.

The property has a 3-car garage plus external boat storage space, perfect for bringing the leisure craft along with you.

This property is well equipped for 2 families. Bedding configuration is 2 Queen Bed, 2 Double Beds, 1 Trundle Bed and 1 pull-out Double Sofa Bed.

We are a short drive or walk to the beautiful Burrill Lake Inlet, with swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, boating and fishing on offer. We are a five minute drive to the town of Ulladulla and restaurants and a five minute walk to the beautiful Racecourse Beach.

Some of the area’s best local cafes, fresh seafood, bakery and shops are close by. Milton is a short drive with a great range of cafes, The Milton Hotel and wine bars. Cupitts Winery is a short 5-10 minute drive and the famous Mollymook Beach, with our local clubs offering a courtesy bus service.

This property will not disappoint in delivering a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Burrill Lake.

All you need for a holiday

We had a fantastic holiday as a family of 6 at this beautiful house. Very well equipped with everything you need, spacious, beautiful views and the spa and pool table were an added bonus. A great place to watch sunset and relax. Would highly recommend.

Great house, great location, great view

Trip was for a group of ten people and we had a terrific stay. Huge open plan living area that leads to a beautiful view of the inlet and the lake. The hot tub on the back deck was a HUGE winner especially on wet/cold days. Pool table was great fun for the fam, four nice big bedrooms plus a huge downstairs area with an extra living/bedroom area, bathroom plus a study. We didn't get around to using the wood fire oven or the fire pit but they were all set up and ready to go for us. The whole property was beautifully maintained and clean. The neighbourhood is great and the neighbours were wonderful :-) would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Burril Lake Stay

We had a great family holiday at Burril Lake escape. The house offered plenty of space for our family of 5. There are 2 living spaces, pool table and spa with outdoor TV (which we loved!). There are lovely water views from the front balcony and a hammock to chill out in. Which offered something for everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed including pantry staples and ingredients to make your own pizza dough. We wanted to use the pizza oven out the back but unfortunately with all the rain the wood was too wet. We did manage to get the inside fire going which was great as the weather did get a little cool. Rebecca was very responsive to any questions we had and offered some great tips for our stay. Also Rebecca left us some lovely and thoughtful gifts on arrival. Check in was also super easy. I would highly recommend this property.

A really good option for 2 families with teens.

The house is really well set up with plenty of space and great entertainment and features. Good kitchen overall but some of the pans need replacing. No lemon squeezer or scissors but had other well thought out bits and bobs. No water jugs and no water dispenser in the fridge. Very disappointed and confused that there were no bins in any of the rooms or bathrooms, no coffee table which was impractical when trying to watch movies or just sit with a cuppa. No power plugs in the kitchen except where the kettle was. Push drawers were frustrating for a rental. Not all bedrooms had side tables which seemed odd. That said, most of these negatives should be easy things to rectify and if done, I would really recommend this to others. Leaving us some welcome treats was a lovely touch.
