Come stay in a great condo with a prime location at Ko Olina Kai gated community.

This is a wonderful 1,144 sq. ft. two bedroom ground floor end-unit condo, within a 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach lagoons, and directly behind the community pool area on a grassy area perfect to relax with your morning coffee.
Family friendly with kids and baby items like pack-n-play and high chair-- We even have a beach cart to easily bring with you the provided boogie boards and sand toys, for a fun day at the lagoons.

The condo features 2 bedrooms; primary bedroom with a King bed, and one Full and one Twin bed in the second bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, living area, and lanai with second dining set for outdoor dining. The condo is just steps away from the pool area with hot tub, kiddie section, and gas barbecues for outdoor cookouts by the pool.

Central A/C, and ceiling fans in every room.
Condo stays very cool with wood flooring throughout living area.
Gorgeous renovated kitchen includes bright white cabinetry and white kitchen appliances to make the kitchen very cool & inviting. Convenient barstools at the Breakfast Bar.

The Primary bedroom features a beautiful California King size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a wonderfully remodeled ensuite bathroom with the convenience of a double sink, and spacious walk-in shower. Small safe in closet.

The second Bedroom has two beds- a comfortable Full size bed, a Twin size bed, and a desk / workspace convenient for business travelers.
The recently renovated guest bathroom features a single sink vanity, and a shower/tub combination.

Large Flat screen Smart TV's with upgraded 72-channel cable with all the apps / Netflix capability (guests to use their own logins). High Speed WiFi throughout.

Outdoors on the lanai there is a second dining table to enjoy meals outside with the birds and palm trees. Located on grassy area that is just a short distance to the community pool area with BBQ grills.

Garage and/or driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles total.
In-unit washer/dryer.

We provide plenty of towels and beach towels, and we have boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs and very close to all the fun in Ko Olina.

We had an excellent experience at this Vrbo property! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with everything exactly as described. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the space clean and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

Comfortable place!

Very comfortable clean place with easy access to the pool and hot tub. This place has everything you need down to the coffee. Comfortable mattresses and nice size Tv in the living area. Nice spacious master room. I’d definitely rent again if I come here. Great host and she keeps contact!! Yall better rent from her!

Lovely Place and Great Unit

Wonderful unit and experience. Perfectly located to pool and getting around KoOlina. Melissa amd Helen were awesome to deal with. The furnishings, beach gear, even art work and overall stay was perfect for me and my kids.

Home away from home

All aspects of this rental were excellent. Melissa provided great check-in information. She was very responsive to questions. The home had all of the beach gear and cooking utensils you could want. The proximity to the pool and grills was ideal. The landscaping around the complex and especially around the pool was top notch. You could always get lounge chairs at the pool and they were very comfortable. The beds in the house were comfortable as well. The house was clean and was as represented in the photos. All in all a great experience.

Marvellous condo and location

This condo was perfect for our month on Oahu. Everything we wanted was close - beach, golf club, market, restaurants. My favourite was sitting out on the lanai as it faces on to a beautiful green area that is superbly landscaped and attracts lots of birds. I recommend getting the card that gives you access to the sports club as there are lots of free activities available. My favourites were the stand up paddle boarding, soin class and yoga. The condo is located very close to the pool (just rememeber to register at the office at the pool when you get there so your fob works). The overall complex is a very relaxing place and i left after 4 weeks feeling a lot more relaxed.

Everything was just perfect! Very spacious accomodation. We had everything we needed and more! Beach wagon, umbrella, lawnchairs. We ate meals outside on the patio most days. The pool is super close to the condo. Beautiful landscaped surroundings in the entire Ko'olina.

Perfect for my family

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely rent this property again. This property was spacious and perfect for my family. They had everything you needed and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Beach is minutes away. they were very responsive and communication was great. Our stay and experience was great. Thanks.

The condo is absolutely perfect ,it has everything a person needs while on holiday and more. It's quiet, clean and it is located in such a beautiful part of the island.Four beautiful lagoons at a walking distance,swimming pool outside the lanai .Good restaurants,shops foodmarket and golf course all within a beautiful community with great gardens and friendly staff .Melissa was great to communicate with and extremely helpful. We were very lucky to spend our holiday in such a beautiful place Will recommend it with pleasure :)

Crisp Clean Condo

This property was exactly what we hoped for and more. Very uncluttered but with everything we needed for a month long stay. It's in a great location very close to the beautiful pool. The neighborhood is so pretty, we enjoyed walking to the stores, restaurants and beaches. Melissa is great to work with and the owner provided a special place to stay. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Family Condo

The listing for this condo and prior reviews are completely accurate. This unit is very clean and well maintained. The amount of living and closet space are perfect even large enough to store 8 suitcases and unpack there contents. The manager Melissa has been awesome to work with through the whole process from first inquiry if the condo was available to once we were here and had a check out question and everything in between she was very quick to respond, and always resolved/answered our questions. I would 100% recommend this rental to all my friends and family, it is such a gem here in beautiful KoOlina. We have children and the pool is great! You can't bet the one minute walk to the pool gate from the lanai. It has a wonderful kiddie area that is 1 1/2 feet deep with a half wall blocking it from the deeper area of the main pool. This kiddie area has been well loved by our toddler! Not to mention the pool is beautiful with the tropical plantings and plenty of chairs and loungers. Roy's and monkey pod make very delicious food and it's been very nice to be able to walk to them.

Fantastic - will be staying here again

This property is located in the beautiful Ko Olina community and was exactly as described... - meticulously kept - wonderful kitchen - spacious bedrooms - two large bathrooms - laundry - close to the pool - within a 10 minute walk to the beach/lagoons - within a 5 minute walk to coffee, shopping and restaurants I will be back in Hawaii next fall and will be looking to stay at this property again. Thanks to Melissa for being so wonderful and easy to work with.

Great Place To Stay

We loved this unit, and hope to rent again! This was our first time at Ko Olina, and, it's just great. There are lots of places to walk to within the resort. Ko Olina is so peaceful, and this is a place to go if you like to be mellow. The condo is exactly as described, very clean and we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, and nice linens and towels are provided. It's nice to be on the ground floor, and walk out to sit on the lanai patio. The pool is also great and just a few feet away! We know after looking at a lot of other places that this condo is priced very competitively- we felt we got a great deal for the location and the level of furnishings. A lot of other Ko Olina monthly units looked like they hadn't been updated in a long time, but this condo is very nice. The coffee maker broke down at one point and they sent a new one to us the same day. Fast responses mean a lot to me, we felt well taken care of. The owner's helper Melissa provided us with lots of information about the area, and the check-in was easy. Truly a wonderful vacation, and now back to the real world!

Fantastic Stay in beautiful Ko Olina

This property is exactly as it is described. It was well equipped with linens, towels, cookware, etc. The unit was clean, and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Large bathrooms, and the master walk-in closet was a good place to store our suitcases. We also appreciated that all the inviting island style art in the condo was painted by the owner. The owner Helen and her assistant Melissa were great to deal with, and we found the provided welcome book at the condo very helpful to see what the area has to offer. We also felt very safe with a monitored gate to the Resort area, and then a gate into Ko Olina Kai. We loved having a lanai with sofas to sit outside, complete with a barbecue grill. We only used the a/c a few times, as the trade winds keep things cool and the ceiling fans work nicely. The area is close to shopping. You can walk about 5 minutes to the resort market which has a little of everything, and Costco and Target are 10 minute drive. There are also a lot of restaurants close by. We liked Monkey Pod best, with live Hawaiian music in the evenings on their patio The closest lagoon is a 10 minute walk along the paved pathway that goes past the market area. The pool area is nice, and well maintained. There are picnic tables there, but the condo was so close to the pool that we didn't use them. We would definitely recommend this property. It's a great spot to relax in Hawaii!

Great Condo in beautiful Ko Olina resort

Our family of two adults and a baby recently stayed in this condo for a 3 week vacation. The Ko Olina resort is very nice and we enjoyed the condo very much. The description and photos of the condo are very accurate. The condo was spotless and of a high standard with two nice bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms (one with walk-in closet), a well-equipped kitchen and living-room area. We also enjoyed the patio with a private barbecue, and the very close proximity to the pool. The local ABC store is close (5 minute walk), and it is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach lagoons. The Ko Olina Kai area is very well kept and is peaceful and quiet. We had an absolutely perfect vacation in this condo at the beatiful Ko Olina resort, and can definitely recommend this condo. Thanks to Melissa for helping with the reservations.
