2nd Bedroom Downstairs: Very comfortable double bed on bottom, twin on top, roomy bedroom.
QUEEN Sofa Sleeper upstairs in living room.

2 bathrooms: Master bath has a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub + shower
Downstairs Bath: Shower
All fixtures & tile/limestone are upgraded.

The kitchen, living room, master bedroom/bath are on the top floor.
2nd bedroom & bath are on ground floor.

There is 1 car attached garage with a washer/dryer

Kitchen is roomy & full of everything you need.

ATTENTION:
Garage parking could be challenging if you are not a drive enthusiast.
You need to back into the garage into a 90 degree turn.
I can fit my card which is one the largest on the market Mercedes S Class Wheel base 125 inches Length, Overall 209 inches If you car dimensions are lower than mine you can fit your car as well. Just need practice.

Kid are not allowed on upper bunk bed. There are not safety bar Please note that lower bunk bed is a queen size and can sleep 2 kids
