This modern townhouse is located in Rim Village, a scenic community that sits just six miles south of downtown Moab. You'll be less than two miles from the Moab Golf Club, 11 miles south of Arches National Park, and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.

The interior living space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an abundance of desert sunshine. Come home from a morning of mountain biking to relax on the plush sofa, catch a movie on the flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, or take a nap in the warmth of the gas-powered fireplace.

Use the WiFi to explore your many dining options in town, or prepare your own feasts in the full kitchen. This open space features plentiful wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining space for six.

Spend your days swimming in the community pool (which is open April through October) or taking your dogs for long walks in the mountains (please note that a two-dog limit and a nightly pet fee apply). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
