With a community pool, hot tub, and stunning mountain views, you'll have everything you need for a rejuvenating stay in the beautiful Red Rock Desert. What's nearby:
Downtown Moab is only six miles to the south, and you can enjoy gorgeous views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains just outside the window. The Moab Golf Course is nearby (guests of this home will receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees), and be sure to check out Ken’s Lake, Slickrock Bike Trail, and the La Sal Mountain Loop Road. Arches National Park is just a 12-mile drive from Rim Village.

Great Spot

We had a great time. It was amazing to wake up to the incredible views each morning. The kitchen was fully stocked which was nice and made it easy to cook there. We definitely will be returning.

Great views, location. Wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Great location, absolutely gorgeous views. Comfy beds, had everything we needed. My family said I spoiled them. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great for a family

Our family of 7 had plenty of space to stretch out in this lovely home. Room size is generous, furnishings are lovely and cozy, kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. The location is convenient to town and national parks. This place really had everything we needed!

Until Next Time

Great place in a great location. The house was affordable and spacious. We will definitely be going back and bringing more with us. The property had plenty of games and activities around for nighttime and designed with plenty of privacy. We can't wait to get back to spend more time here.

Great view! Well-stocked Kitchen. Very clean when we arrived. We have stayed in several homes in Rim Village over the years and this is our favorite. Looking forward to staying in O3 again in a future trip to Moab.

Moab Rim Valley O3 Delivers

Stunning views of the Rim from our picture window and the night sky from the patio enhanced our vacation to Moab. Communication on how to get into the condo were easy and timely. We were thrilled as we entered into the condo to find it even better than advertised. Spacious, well-appointed, and ready for guests. The master bedroom was huge. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the availability to park our small car in the garage. Away from the busy town of Moab but easy access to the shops and restaurants there were appreciated.

Very good. Only challenge was never being able to use pool. Always over crowded with kids. Not sure they were part of the community.

Hiking the National Parks

We absolutely would consider staying at this wonderful home again! Location, location, location. It's located just on the outskirts of downtown Moab which was such a fun town. It had many amazing restaurants that had a little bit to offer all. The view over the back patio was breathtaking! Very quiet location even though it's in a complex. The home was very clean. Beds were all made with new sheets and there were plenty of towels for all. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands and several other activities. We would highly recommend this home!

Unit O3 Rim Village

Rim Village Condo Association is a great choice if you are deciding where to stay in Moab. We rented two units, unit O3 and unit O4. We really liked unit O3! When it was built, the owners made smart choices. For example, they chose tile in common areas and two sinks in the master bathroom. They bought quality furniture and decorated in a southwestern theme. We really enjoyed spending time here. It would be great if the owners could update the frying pans and baking pans. But otherwise, unit O3 was perfect!

This is a nice place to stay, but could use an upgrade on the towels and linens. The bedroom with the queen bed needed vacuuming and there was an empty beer can at the top corner of the bed. The footboard also fell off this bed. It needs to be fastened in place. It is heavy and could hurt someone if it fell on their foot.

Great stay in Moab

The location was perfect and the facilities were spacious and comfortable with nice decor. We enjoyed using it for nights in and as a launching point for lots of adventures in the Moab area. Vacasa was a helpful host. No regrets!
