Hilton Head is one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year-round family, golf and tennis vacations. Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of walking and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and more than 13 miles of beautiful beaches.

Heritage Villas is a secluded community located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. Our villa is 100 yards from the first fairway of the nationally ranked Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. Golfers can play one of America's premier golf courses. Tennis enthusiasts can play on 23 championship courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club that is adjacent to the property.

Our villa is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is a five minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops. If you want to explore the Plantation, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican in Sea Pines Center.

Our villa is a ten minute bike ride to Sea Pines' nicest beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Parking is available if you choose to drive or the free Sea Pines Trolley stops at Sea Pines Center and can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes. If you prefer a pool, Heritage Villas' unsupervised community pool is a one minute walk from our villa.

Our villa is a recently renovated, 1,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with an open floor plan and vaulted ceiling that can accommodate six guests. Premium amenities include bamboo wood and carpet on the main floor, custom kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, a separate A/C unit for the upstairs bedrooms, high definition TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

The main floor features a comfortably decorated living room leading to a rear patio and propane gas grill for your outdoor entertainment. Inside, the living room highlights a sectional sofa and a high definition TV. The dining room has a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen has been renovated to add more space and a butcher block island. It features custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and bamboo hardwood floor.

There is a large guest bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and full bath. There are two large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and full bath.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation with our 3 kiddies (ages 7mos to 4 years). Clean, fully stocked and easily accessible to harbour town, trolley and the pool. Hosts were responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Would absolutely return again!

Great location, condo, clean and had everything we need

The unit was nicely decorated, clean, updated and had all of the kitchen and house supplies we needed. We were there for a week so cooked dinner a few time and breakfast most mornings.It is walking distance to Harbor Town, the golf course and we could walk to Truffles and get the shuttle to go other places if we wanted to.

Great HHI experience.

The villa was in an excellent location to everything in Sea Pines. It was well appointed with all the essentials we needed for our stay. As usual, the hosts were excellent and communicated with us on a timely basis. The entre family had a great time.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved this place. We had so much room and loved how quaintly decorated it was. It was fully furnished and very clean. The location was perfect. We had access to pickle ball courts directly behind the condo. Harbor town was very close by. We made amazing memories here and we were grateful to have such a nice place to stay. The owner was also quick to answer our questions and ensured we had everything we needed.

Beautiful villa in great location!

This villa was perfect for our trip to Hilton Head with my mom and two kids, age 11 and 13. My mom had everything she needed on the ground floor with her private bed and bath, and the kids and I each had our own spaces upstairs. Loved the reading nook with recliner, the well equipped kitchen, and the comfy living room furnishings. The neighborhood pool was nice and within walking distance, and the walking/biking trails were very convenient. Sea Pines Beach Club is a short drive/bike ride, and Harbour Town is close by. The villa was extremely clean and well equipped, and communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hilton Head!

Nice unit!

The bike ride to the Beach Club is actually about 15 minutes, but it is an easy ride. Itā€™s close to Harbour Town. Only complaint is it wasnā€™t very clean and had carpet thatā€™s dirty. Hopefully, that will be remedied.

Another great winter vacation on HHI

We enjoy our winters at Sea Pines but this year, we had to make a change at the last minute due to our rental house renovations not being completed. Pat and Sonny Sage worked wonders to find us another property at the last minuteā€¦we would give them 10 stars in the management area, if we could!! Our condo was within walking distance of Harbour Town and we met some wonderful neighbors when we were walking. The only negative was the carpet could use a good cleaning but we did not mention this to the Sageā€™sā€¦we were happy to find a condo in Sea Pines at the last minute! Thanks Pat and Sonny, see you in 2026.

Family vacation

Everything was great, had all we needed for meal preparations and daily living. We couldnā€™t get Wi-Fi at first but it was rectified. It is near the beach and pool and shopping. Had a wonderful time .

Great resort and location

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We rented bikes, and rode them everyday to the beach, pool of dinner. Golfed a few times. Did not even turn on the tv all week.

Nice accommodations

The condo was in a nice location, clean, and good accommodations. The internet was an issue, the property manager came over to try and solve. Once we got connected it worked OK, but we did have to keep resetting our phones and iPads daily or more often. The only other recommendation I would have is to have local information available, and amenities info (like the pool) available at the resort for the renters. We had never been to Hilton Head so local maps, points of interest would have been nice to have available. We did eventually find these for ourselves. Overall, I would recommend this condo. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and baths available for our group.

The management of this property responded immediately when we were experiencing trouble with the internet and tv service. He was helpful and friendly. His wife was helpful and made check in simple. She was friendly as well. We had a great week on Hilton Head Island.

All the comforts of home

This villa had everything we needed and more for our family of four for the week. Great location (walking distance to Harbourtown) well maintained/spacious accommodations (each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat screen TV) well stocked kitchen, beds were made when we arrived, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and hairdryers. In addition to the bed linens, bath towels were provided ā€” as well as paper goods, soap and garbage bags. The coffee maker was not working when we arrived and the property managers replaced it within a day. They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The Sea Pines (free) trolley service had two convenient stops by the villa which was a great way to get to the Beach/beach club. We rented bikes for the week which was also a great option to get to the beach. I would recommend renting the bikes in advance ā€” they will drop off and pick up at the villa. Worth noting that this villa does not come with an amenity card or have access to the Sea Pines resort pool which is located on the other side of the tennis courts behind the villa. It does have access to the Heritage Villas pool, which is shown in the listing and is lovely with plenty of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again!
