This was a nice property for our family of 4. The kids had their own room upstairs and we had a nice main floor master very a nice king bed. The location is ideal with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and to Coligny Park and shops. I would recommend.

This condo is in a great location near Coligny Beach, with a public beach access just 5-minutes away. We especially loved the gazebos, swings, and beautiful beach area, and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Hilton Head has to offer.Our biggest challenge was finding the unit when we arrived. There were no visible building or parking space numbers, and when I called for assistance, I was connected to a call center rather than someone familiar with the property. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help us locate the unit, which made check-in more stressful than it needed to be, especially arriving at night.The condo itself was clean and comfortable, but it felt smaller than the photos suggested. We had six people and while we made it work, it was definitely a tighter fit than we expected. I think it would be ideal for a family of 2–4. The upstairs also stayed quite warm, especially for the girls sleeping there, even with the air conditioning running, so we ended up having to use fans both upstairs and downstairs to stay comfortable.Overall, we had a nice stay and made some wonderful family memories. With a few improvements to the arrival instructions and cooling the upstairs, this would be an even better place to stay.

The condo was nice, however, it is not very quiet.You can hear every utility vehicle running outside, every leaf blower’s working at 7am. The condo inside was clean, but a little outdated. The coaches in the leaving room were small and not very comfortable. It would be nice to have at least one true smart TV, Instead of cable and Roku. The location is nice if you like being in the middle of everything, however, it is the most crowded beach that we have ever seen at Hilton Head.

Nice 2 Bedroom close to the beach and shopping

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. It’s right across the street from the Coligny beach entrance and shopping plaza.

House wss less than 5 min walk to cologny beach and other shops and restaurants. Large house with big kitchen and 2 living rooms!

Fun for the Kids

The kids had a blast, the proximity to the beach was awesome! Many a bike ride on the beach was great. Walking to the beach was quick. The playground was also close. The property manager responded quickly when the dryer had an issue. Great week we won’t forget!

As soon as we walked in we were hit with a heavy mold smell. The parking underneath smelled like that was where all the residents let their animals do their business. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable.

May Stay

Very nice place, convenient location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and plaza. Only negative things were the TVs worked about half of the time and you have to pick up your parking passes, which are 15 minutes away from where you stay. But we would definitely stay here again

Great place for a Hilton Head vacation

Instructions for check-in were straight forward and well written, condo was perfect. The only negative was the beach chairs, as they could use replacing. I’m hardly the type of person to make that a reason to discount this review, though. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay! Location is great too. Highly recommend!

Coastal Escape – Walk to the Waves!

Our stay at the beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We were just minutes from the beach with easy access, which made getting back and forth a breeze.The area was full of great shops and a wide variety of dining options. Several places even had live music, which made for a fun and enjoyable experience for all ages. The beach itself was beautiful and well-kept, and the lifeguards were friendly and welcoming.We also really enjoyed the facility’s pool—it was large, clean, and a great option when we wanted a break from the ocean.If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—check this place out! You and your family are going to have a fantastic time.
