The villa is only 150 barefoot steps from a white sandy beach, where you can watch the sun rise over Saint John while sipping morning coffee. During the day you can bask in the sun, snorkel the turquoise Caribbean waters, go island hopping, and enjoy duty-free shopping. By nightfall relax, enjoy the cool ocean breezes and starry nights from private bedroom patio or expansive garden terrace.

Everything was perfect for the whole family. Kitchen had all what we needed to prepare our food. Market is ok but very limited on items.

This property is HORRIBLE. Do not stay there. The AC did not work in 2 of 3 bedrooms, there was not a working microwave in the entire place, the main refrigerator does not get cold, kitchen sink is rusted, appliances are extremely old, showers were cold, 1 of the toilets kept running unless you turn off the water at the valve, the bedroom refrigerators were rusted & filthy, there is no TV cable or streaming, the furniture is so old & worn out that none of us would sit on it, they have roach traps throughout, the entire property is worn out & requires renovation, simple painting will not be enough.

St Thomas stay

Great location and spacious home, but some drawbacksThe house was in a great location and had plenty of space, making it a solid choice for a large group. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. That said, the property felt a bit run down considering the price point. Also, Margaritaville next door had a significant seaweed problem during our stay, which caused an unpleasant odor in the area. Overall, the home worked well for our group, but there were a few things that impacted the experience.

We had an excellent time in St. Thomas and our villa was in a great location. Unfortunately we were there during a sargassum issue (not the Villa’s fault) so the smell was pretty unpleasant outside near where we were. Luckily you can walk through Margaritaville past the beach and over to Coki point. It is less than a 10 minute walk. That is a beautiful beach and there was none of the bad smell there at all. We would highly recommend going to that beach.The villa could use a little more updating but it was perfect for our group of 6. The mattresses seemed newer and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice having extra fridge space in other rooms. Carmen, the property manager, seemed a little gruff on the phone but was nice and very helpful once we connected with her. We did not need to call her after our first meeting. Overall it was a great place for our family to stay.

Photos may be a bit outdated. The condo was great for the 4 of us, it is in need of some minor repairs, screen door has huge hole in it, lots of wear in the woodwork in some of the rooms. The biggest issue (and it may be common in the area) were the tiny ants. EVERYWHERE. We just sorta got used to them being there. It is very close to the beach, we were however unable to use the beach due to about 25-30 feet of seaweed around the shoreline. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Disappointed

Cleanliness of property was poor. There were ants. My kids got bit up by bedbugs. We lost power twice during the trip for a couple hours each time and got no response to our calls, texts to the owner. Was told this was a common occurrence in the villas to lose power weekly, Beach close by was tiny, not worth visiting. Had to drive everywhere.

Paradise

Our stay at Pineapple Village in Margaritaville, St. Thomas, was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the Margaritaville restaurant and bar. The villa itself was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gated community felt safe and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the island.The host was communicative and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved having easy access to the resort amenities while also enjoying the privacy and spaciousness of Pineapple Village. There is an awesome bar/restaurant a short walk down from Margaritaville called Sun and Sea that was great! If you’re looking for a tropical getaway in St. Thomas, this is the place to be!

Great location and space.

We stayed here over New Years. Easy walk down to the beach, Margaritaville, and the Sun and Sea which were both lively. Also a sort ride to Red Hook and to some other great beaches. More than enough space for the 5 of us. The outdoor courtyard was great to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather in the morning or night.

Island Time

We had a great time and enjoyed the property conveniently located and lived up to expectations. We were a family of eight and had ample room for us all to enjoy the space. It provided great downtime for us after the daily excursions.

Wonderful and spacious

We really enjoyed Mark and Heidi’s villa. The location was great! We decided to stay a few days after we chartered a sailboat in the BVI’s. We were looking forward to hot showers, spacious beds and air conditioning. The villa was great and very spacious. Well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to pop over to Margaritaville for dinner, drinks, and pool time. We utilized the coffee shop/café in Margaritaville Village. Carmen the contact was wonderful and hospitable. Communicated very clearly. We had a couple of hiccups when we arrived and Mark and Heidi were amazing and communicated extremely well the entire time.

Perfect Villa for vacation

I enjoyed our stay in St.Thomas the villa was perfect! The check in process was easy and seamless. The rooms were clean and cozy. Having the amenities of Margaritaville was a plus. Ten coffee shop has some of the best coffee on island. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, charming condo.

This charming condo is mere steps from the beach, is well located next to two resorts, has all the amenities one might need for a beach vacation, and has easy parking. Great pool, secure neighborhood. I'd definitely book again.

Nice location. Older property with a lot of use. You had to take very quick showers so that everyone could have warm water. Ants in one bedroom but property manager came and sprayed. The outside patio needed to be cleaned. We did enjoy stay and location.

Great Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here on St. Thomas. The location on the island was great to get around to beaches, shopping, and restaurants...all a short taxi ride away. The hosts left a binder of great suggestions - the best being Leroy the taxi driver. The property itself was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay and for the beach. Just a short walk to Margaritaville restaurant and coffee shop and a little path to Sun & Sea Bar & Grill with plenty of great food and drink options. Our group had booked a day out on SnorkelCat for some fun on the water and snorkeling and was happy to find that it docks right there at Margaritaville! Coki beach and the aquarium are within walking distance of the property as well - suggest taking the shortcut to the road off the far end of the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Long Weekend in St. Thomas

We booked the condo at Pineapple Village for a long weekend away with our kids. Everything was great! It adjoins Margaritaville, and that is a nice plus. Coffee Shop, bar, and the restaurant were all great. Short walk to Cook Beach, where there are chairs and umbrellas to rent, and a host of drink and food options. Short cab ride from Red Hook which has a bunch of restaurants, bars, and shops. All in all, a great spot for a totally casual time.

The perfect location

The pictures understate the space and capabilities of the location. Well stocked to be self-sustaining an entire stay but at a location that allows guest to be a part of a resort. Beaches are within walking distance or 15 minutes of driving. If you want excursions they have that close-by as well. Water critiques are accurate and some lights need to be replaced, otherwise an amazing location for friends and family to enjoy a tropical paradise vacation.

Great Location!

The ability to enjoy the Villa as our base for exploring the island was ideal. We enjoyed the patio, outdoor grill, and well-equipped kitchen for making meals and packing picnics for the beach adventures. With the resort just steps away it was an easy option on ur first night to land there for a view of the beach an adult beverage.
