The interior is every bit as serene. Sunlight through the sliding glass doors brightens the white-tiled living room filled with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish.

The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a tropical feast. The dining room table sits beside a mirrored wall that fills the room with the image of palm trees against a blue-sky backdrop.

Both bedrooms are decorated with colorful tropical flowers and come with televisions, along with plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to the massaging ocean trade winds.

Take a walk through the lush greenery of the gardens to the newly re-surfaced tennis and pickleball courts. Have a workout in the fitness center. Use the gas grills for a balcony cookout. Or enjoy some of the daily activities in the social room.
