1405 Ocean Club offers three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature oceanfront views, one from a private balcony, each with a king bed and private bath.The guest bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin, as well as a private bath. There is also a hallway half bath. The bedding provides perfect accommodations for three couples traveling to the beach for quiet beach walks and golf or large families looking for the best summer vacation. Bright beach colors accent each room throughout 1405 Ocean Club. The spacious kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances and ocean views. The living area offers delightful furnishings with unbelievable oceanfront views. Both the living area and master bedroom provide direct access to the large oceanfront deck.

Finally, the amenities offered at Ocean Club are the best in the community. A brand-new pool is highlighted with a zero entry, kids water feature, baja deck and hot tub. It is the best pool complex on the Isle of Palms! Grilling stations are also offered to guests, just adjacent to the swimming pool. In addition, Ocean Club is a gated community within Wild Dunes with paved beach access paths.

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- There is a closet to store beach gear next to the home's entry door.
- The Ocean Club pool is unheated and is open yearround from 8am to dusk. The pool deck features a community grill and a hot tub.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Ocean Club pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available. Parking in the garage is for Owners Only.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
