This spacious 8,300 sq. foot home (7 beds/7 baths) features beautiful spaces, and lots of luxuries. A theatre room, an 8 person jacuzzi, air hockey and foosball table, two full kitchens, two large master bedrooms, a "Pullman Room" with 3 Queen beds built into the walls and two twin beds that pull out underneath, a craft room with a spiral staircase up to a cozy bedroom (two queen beds), a bunk bed room with 6 twin beds. Two additional large bedrooms (each with queen beds). It's important to this host that you follow recycling rules. Trying to live a "do little harm" way... if your group prefers one time use dish ware, this is not a good fit.

Near a great grocery, bagel/coffee shop, and right on the golf course with a creek running through the back yard.

Lovely Mountain House

Ginger was very responsive and accommodating to us and the house was perfect for several families. We all had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay.

great property / location in Park City

amazing house, great amenities, excellent location, and just a great central point to plan your Park City adventure (we are <30 minutes from skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, activity center, food, ice castles, etc)

Friends reunion

Ginger was so wonderful to work with before and during our stay. She was so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. Always answered questions in a timely manner. The house was wonderful and perfect for our gathering. Thank you!!

Birthday celebration/Family Reunion

This house was just perfect for our event! There was so much space, there were plenty of beds, and even two kitchens which was wonderful since we were a mix of meat eaters and vegetarians. Between hide and seek in this spacious house, Hot tub, and a stocked game room, there was plenty for the kids to do. The location was great, close to the grocery store and even a convenient little sledding hill one house down. Ginger was friendly and accommodating and easy to get a hold of. we loved our stay.

50th anniversary family reunion

Property manager Ginny was very kind, helpful, and responsive. House interior beautiful. Exterior deck is in poor condition, no outdoor furniture, grill dirty, jacuzzi dirty. So great indoors, so disappointing outdoors except for beautiful view on golf course. Ginny is great and hopefully addresses deck

I appreciate the transparency of all comments as it helps inform decision making and can manage expectations. The deck is in need of some attention. It has been throughly scrubbed, but needs to be sanded and stained. If winter snow spans into late May/early June it is challenging to get the outdoor space fully guest ready before July. The upstairs patio had a outdoor couch and umbrella - not adequate seating for the number of people the house can host. UPDATE: More seating has been added. The lower deck is still in need of new furnishings. I really appreciated the dialogue with Gwen during her stay, and dispatched the cleaner the day after she checked in to come attend to the patio and grill. The jacuzzi is serviced every week and I have instructed the service providers make an extra effort to clean the cover. Gwen received a nights stay for $100 in order to make it convenient for her and her family. Side note: All summer bikes are available in the garage to ride around the neighborhood and along the dirt road (which is sandwiched in between two mountains near the house).

The Best Vacation House & Vacation

This is our second spring break with my family and another. We knew it was a risk staying farther out and trying to get to the mountain...but this house was worth it! On average, it took about 17 minutes to get from this house to Park City Mountain parking. This was important to us, b/c we had two car loads of kids to get to ski school. The kids (ages 8-15) loved the house. There were plenty of air hockey tournaments! B/c we had 4 adults and 7 children with us, we were able to really spread out across the house. Ginger was so helpful and communicative. We had an issue with a ski company picking up the skis and she was so kind throughout the whole process. She also walked us through the recycle program, the home theater, etc. The neighborhood was wonderful and located near gas, groceries, restaurants, and shops. WE LOVED OUR stay at this house.

Great home for large groups 10-15 minutes from either Canyons or Park CIty.

The house was more than enough space for our extended family. Ginger was very responsive to our requests. We had a few items that needed repair but they were quickly resolved while we were skiing. The home is very comfortable with games, great kitchen supplies, a hot tub (which we used daily) and a beautiful view in a wonderful neighborhood. It is also very easy to access from the freeway. We would rent this place again with as many friends as we can get to come!

Just breathtaking

Ginger, Thank you for everything, the house was amazing. Very equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you for being a super host. The house is location was very close to local stores and shops. Honestly, we spent more time at the house then going out. It was absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

New Year's Family Ski Vacation

This house is gorgeous! The property owner , Ginger, is very easy to work with and made out stay pleasurable. Even though we had a few hiccups on our first day due to a winter storm, Ginger was easily accessible and managed to fix the problems right away. The house was very comfortable for our family of 18 and everyone felt at home. It was a wonderful vacation and the house was hit! Thank you Ginger!

Plenty of space and a peaceful location

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here in Park City while gathering with my siblings' families and our parents. We had been looking for a home large enough to comfortably house our multi-generational get together and this home had plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed taking turns cooking meals in the open kitchen, walking in the beautiful neighborhood (and even saw the local resident moose one day!), watching golfers play the local course from the view deck and playing board games, foosball and air hockey throughout our stay. We had such a great time on our trip and would definitely return if/when we come back to Park City!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family of 15 stayed at this property for a week and it met all our needs and expectations. Plenty of room for all to spread out and have their own space and bathroom, great common areas to gather after a day of being out sightseeing, and lovely views. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Location is a short drive to Park City and the neighborhood is beautiful. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful with our questions throughout the week. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property!

The pictures do not do this property justice! We loved this home... it was perfect for several families. There was plenty of bedrooms, things for kids to do and the beds are so comfortable! Our favorite part was the view off the upstairs balcony. Just gorgeous!

Wonderful home for a large group

We stayed at this property for a trip over July 4th and appreciated all the home had to offer. It’s a beautiful setting with lots of space for a large group of adults and kids. The host puts her guests first and we are so grateful for the accommodations she made.

Wonderful Ski House

What a fabulous trip we had staying with Ginger! We had 5 families with 18 adults and kids and the house had everything we needed and more. We came to ski at Canyons and Park City and the 7 min drive was so easy. Check in was a breeze and Ginger, the owner, was always easy to reach with questions or suggestions. Upon arrival, the kids found sleds to play in snow, and the hot tub on the back deck was great. The movie room was perfect to play games in and watch the games on New Years day. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed to cook for large groups. I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Park City AMAZING

I brought a large group of film students to stay during the Sundance Film Festival and the stay was amazing! Ginger was awesome throughout the entire process, helping us check in and out and answering any questions we had along the way. The house has gorgeous views from every window, comfortable beds in every room, and way more space than we needed. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and air hockey during downtime, and watching movies in the theatre room. The large kitchen was perfect for eat in breakfasts. We will definitely rent again!!

Jeremy Ranch

The house is bigger than it looks! Very spacious common areas with fantastic view of fairway with Mountain/Hill backdrop. Plenty of windows and light, nice TV. It was cozy to watch sports and have a fire with pretty mountain scenery. Close enough to canyons for skiing. Ginger was easy to deal with--my girlfriend needed an extra crockpot and Ginger had one and brought it over. The plalace was well decorated and sparkling clean and tidy. My mattress was firm-how i like it.

Dirty sheets upon arrival

Multiple bedding had either visibly dirty spots on the sheets and one bed still had crumbs in it from a previous occupant. After we had to wash the sheets, the spots came out which is a good indication they were not washed before we arrived. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Other than the bedding requiring washing by me upon arrival and stagnant urine waiting for us in multiple toilets, the house and location were great. The rest of the house was relatively clean and functional.

Jason, oh no!!! I wished you would have mentioned this to me during the walk through. Sounds awful, I’m so sorry. The cleaners normally do a great job, I will definitely speak to them. All beds must be washed each time. Glad you thought “the house and location were great”. Your family seemed sweet. So you know I suspect most owners want to deliver the best possible experience—I know I do. I would have loved to have done something nice for you during your stay had I known you were unhappy. Fell in love with the property which is grand and inviting at the same time. The views, location, neighborhood, and proximity to everything is exactly right.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home is super spacious, and beautifully decorated, not with "it's a rental" mindset. Special spaces include: a fully stocked craft room, theatre room, stunning views of the mountains with beautiful "water music" coming from the creek running through the backyard. The spa like jacuzzi is on the lower porch and relaxing and rejuvenating to look out over the golf course and the hills.

The lower level has fun kid activities with a foosball and air hockey tables.

The upstairs has a very roomy landing with a TV dedicated to play xbox games.
