This luxury retreat is a 7-bedroom home located in The Colony, an exclusive gated community nestled in 4,600 acres of aspen tree groves, rolling meadows, and sparkling streams. When snow blankets the mountains, our guests enjoy the ease of ski-in / out access. You are just steps away from the new Quicksilver Gondola, connecting the Canyons side to the Park City Mountain side, creating the largest ski resort in North America with over 7,300 acres of terrain! When the snow melts an outdoor enthusiastā€™s dream is revealed. This spot offers exclusive access to an amazing network of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. The surrounding area is home to over 400 miles of acclaimed single-track trails.

THE GRAND LEVEL ā”‚ The entry into the main living area is truly breathtaking. The vaulted ceiling hangs over a massive wood-burning fireplace which is flanked on both sides by floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the surrounding aspen grove. The open floor plan includes a full-service bar and wine cellar and a dream kitchen equipped to meet any chef's expectations, home or professional. There are 2 seating areas to accommodate both casual and more formal dining as well as a center island breakfast bar for morning meals. The master suite, characterized by vaulted, trussed, gorgeous ceilings, is a sanctuary in itself. French doors lead out to a private patio where the surrounding Aspens are mesmerizing. Amenities include a glass feature fireplace and beverage station with a Keurig and mini refrigerator. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, beautiful soaking tub, steam shower and bidet. Across from the main master is a private study with comfortable seating, tv and a quiet workspace. Additionally, the first king guest room is located on the grand level and offers a fireplace and extraordinary spa bathroom.

THE LOFT LEVEL ā”‚ Hosts 4 spacious bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) all with en suite baths, premium linens and furnishings. In the center of all is the upstairs living area, a comfortable space to relax and watch a movie on the 60" tv or challenge your friends to some friendly competition at the game table.

THE ENTERTAINMENT LEVEL ā”‚ Downstairs, take aprĆØs ski to the next level. The large entertainment room includes a full kitchen and bar for entertaining, ping pong table, pool table and pinball machine. The private theatre has 8 reclining leather chairs for the utmost viewing comfort and 4 bean bags ideal for the younger viewers. Additional amenities on this level include a sauna and fully equipped workout room with a treadmill, free weights, yoga mats and more. The last of the 7 bedrooms is located on the lower level - a custom-built bunk room with 4 queen lofted beds, ideal for adults and children alike.

IMPORTANT WINTER ADVISORY: During the ski season - all vehicles entering the Colony community are required to have 4 wheel-drive to access the home. It is recommended that at least one carry chains in the event of severe weather.

We had an awesome stay at this house! Great ski-in/ski-out access to both Canyons and Park City via a private trail. The house layout is ideal for a large family, and the kitchen was really well equipped which made cooking big meals a breeze.

Eleven of our family stayed for a week. Ages ranged from 5 to 79. The house was perfect. We all had ample space and the house is high quality. The house is upper elevation, so the summer weather was always cool. We would do it all over again!

We loved this home! It was perfect and the host was, rental process was super straightforward. Rooms are beautiful and spacious! Fridge was stocked for us (per our request). We couldn't exactly figure out the ski in/out scenario but we admittedly didn't try too hard (we skiied out of a colleagues house nearby). Thanks for a great stay! We will likely return!

Wonderful Stay at Snowonder Haus

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Fairly easy ski out. The Ski in access was not accessible during our stay so we had to walk back to the house from the Quicksilver Gondola, which wasn't too bad, or we could have gotten picked up right by the Gondola as well. We loved using the hot tub, the gas wood burning fireplace in the living room and watching movies in the theater downstairs at the end of the day. This was the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed in - the kitchen had everything we needed plus more! Would definitely stay at this property again. Great location on the mountain and beautiful house!

The house was amazing and a perfect fit for our family. There were plenty of things to do inside the house when skiing was not ideal. The kitchen held everything you could possibly need and more. The bedrooms were all spacious and nice. We did not get to use the ski-in/ski-out as there was not enough snow on the mountain for the lift and runs to be open near the home. If they would have been, just judging from what we could see, it would have been even better. Would highly recommend this home.

Great big family house

Grandparents, 10 adults and 4 children ages 1-6. We had room to spread out when needed and enough space at dining room table for 12 the night we hired a private chef. Has everything we needed in the kitchen. We also had pack n plays and a blow up toddler bed. Overall, a great home for large groups.

February ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is great, which was a real plus since we had little new snow. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and movie theater. The ski in-out is for more advanced skiers, not easy to access for ski school for the little ones. But, other than that, all was terrific!

Our family of 16, ages 27 to 70 plus, very much enjoyed our stay. Common spaces were large enough for our shared activities, private spaces gave every one the down time they needed, game rooms, hot tub and exercise room ensured fun times, and the weather was perfect for the skiers.

Park City - Family Weekend

I could not have been more pleased with the experience. The house was incredible and perfect for our holiday weekend with extended family. We had 7 adults and 7 kids that ranged widely in age from infant to teenagers. There was something for everyone and we all had a great time. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and location

We brought our family of 14 for our annual trip to Park City. This home had everything we could have wanted and more. The kids loved the movie theater in the evenings and we used the fire pit outside every night for sharing stories of the day. We couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay!

Property met an exceeded our expectations! Great house for large groups.Clean orderly and stocked with all the nesscessities of home and then some! Property is equipped with every amenity to make for an extremely comfortable stay. If we had one recommendation it would be for the renter to receive the renters guidelines/recommendations earlier then one week before rental date. This would help with making ski rental and restaurant reservation. During busy periods this could be critical. Unfortunately we commented to a ski rental company that had extremely slow poor service.

Top Notch Property

Very beautiful and well-appointed home in a stunning setting. There was abundant room for our group of 20. The outside entertaining area is amazing - hot tub, fire pit, grill. The living room feels like an extension of the outdoors since two walls are floor to ceiling windows. We even saw a moose one morning from inside. All features of the house are top quality from the appliances to the steam showers to the electronics. The drive to Park City took about 15 minutes. There is a lot to do in the area but you might not want to leave this house! I highly recommend this rental.

ABOUT OLCHA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Olcha Property Management is a boutique property management company focused on delivering an experience beyond expectations for both the property owner and the guests who visit our homes. Our family purchased our first Park City home in 1997. We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past several years I have expanded Olcha Property Management to represent a selective collection of exceptional homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area, this lovely property included.

Take the grandeur of the Wasatch Mountains, North America's most elite ski resorts, the charm of historic Park City, add our top-notch accommodations and you have a vacation unmatched. We are available to assist with additional guest services including, but not limited to, personal transportation, grocery stocking, private chef and catering services, in-home equipment fitting and delivery, in-home spa services and childcare providers. Furthermore, we are full of recommendations and exclusive local knowledge to share with guests looking to explore all Park City has to offer.
