Two bedrooms with full baths are in the main house with two private apartments below each having one king bedroom with bath and pull out sofa sleeper in the living area, full kitchens and the same wonderful views! Perfectly located between Red Hook for ferry to St. John and Havensight for shopping.

Large living and beautiful kitchen. Walk out to the huge covered patio to enjoy the breeze, dining, music, dancing, relax by the pool.

The house was great for multiple couples. Very well appointed and the views from the Veranda and pool were magnificent. The owner and manager were very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. Definitely will stay here again with friends and family.

Great host, provided everything we needed plus extra items we didn't expect (but appreciated!). Thoughtful items included like a beach cooler, towels, and floats. Tammy was very quick to respond, and always available as was the propertys contact on island. We arrived to the house very clean and well furnished. The pool and patio were our favorite spots to hang out, huge table to sit 10 or mote for nice family dinners at night. The views were spectacular! All rooms and downstairs apartments included tvs for some late night movies and games. The kitchen was wonderful and included all supplies including spices, cleaning supplies, etc. The onsite laundry was great to have so we didn't need to pack as many clothes- and went home with mostly clean clothes. The property was safe, and provided gates/locking doors for added security if guests found it necessary. Another bonus was having Iggys beach bar/restaurant within walking distance. They have live entertainment nightly. Great stay, we won't be back to visit this island in the next few years, but would highly recommend this property- it will not disappoint!

Best VRBO ever! Great for our group of 7. Home so comfortable and well equipped. We loved the large outdoor patio and pool with beautiful view of Bolongo Bay. Bbq was great, laundry room a big plus. Best of all was the graciousness and timely response by the host, and of course the sweet doggie Rosie who came and visited us every morni g and evening. She made the stay extra special!Definitely would highly recommend, and we hope to come back again!

First time visiting St Thomas

We had a great vacation! The villa was beautiful with amazing views. So glad we rented a jeep to travel around the island. Highly recommend for creating memories!

Perfect location

This property was the ideal place for our group. The space and amenities were great, along with the views. There were no issues during our stay there. Everything was just Great. We highly recommend this home.

Awesome place

This place is really nice for big families. There are 2 apartment with full kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent, safe and very friendly neighborhood. Every beach was about 20 minutes away, house owners stayed in constant comtact w us! Check this place out you WILL not be disappointed

Very impressed with property we celebrated 5 family birthdays along with 40th Wedding Anniversary…6 day stay visted highest peak St Thomas, sightseeing tour, Magens Bay.,Cruz bay and toke ferry to st John..shopping and lunch..Wanted to venture to Coral world..couldn’t it in with dates of operation..Unfogettable vacation..

Villa in paradise !

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Tammy has the most beautiful place I have stayed on the island. Being my third time to St. Thomas I had experience visiting the area and her house was by far my favorite. My friends, family, and I cannot wait until our next trip back and will absolutely be willing to stay at her stunning establishment again! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Family Christmas Gift

We had an amazing time. The house is just perfect and the outdoor area is even better. We fell in love with Rosie the local dog. Everything we needed was at the house. The two lower apartments were perfect for family with young children who needed naps. My family is still talking about the trip and wishing we were still there.

property was terrific. we ate dinner on the patio every night. Plenty of space to be together and bedrooms nice to be alone. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to swim in the pool. View gorgeous.

Great accommodations

Very clean. Spacious. Up to date. Everyone enjoyed the deck especially for breakfast and the infinity pool was a hit. The entire family enjoyed the visits from Rosie. Quiet area for relaxing.

Beautiful

This property is so beautiful and was perfect for our family! Having the two separate apartments was great for privacy but we spent most of our time in main house and the magnificent expansive deck! We would definitely stay at this house again if going with a larger group. Close to everything and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beach towels, beach chairs washer and dryer were so great to use for all the beaches we visited.

Our stay in St. Thomas was wonderful, and this home was a huge part of that experience. The property is gorgeous — spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. Everything was clean, organized, and in perfect working order. The home is even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. The ocean views are stunning — we never got tired of sitting outside and taking it all in.The outdoor space is very spacious and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic pool that we used every day. It was the perfect setup for relaxing and spending time together. The layout of the home was also ideal for our group — the two separate apartment areas gave everyone extra privacy while still feeling connected.What also truly stood out was the host’s hospitality. They were highly responsive, accommodating, and made us feel completely welcome from the moment we booked. Any questions were answered quickly, and everything about the stay felt easy and well managed.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Thomas!

Wonderful celebratory getaway!

Our group of 8 (6 teens and 2 adults) had a wonderful time at 42 Bolongo. The teens loved having their own space in the 2 apartments, while the adults were very glad to have the main house alone. The property was beautifully equipped; plenty of towels and kitchen necessities, comfy beds and living spaces, and the outdoor terrace area was wonderful. We are so grateful to have had this time to celebrate 4 high school graduates and to spend time together.

Sun Sand and Serenity

Family vacation visiting family so we were a large group 😁. So happy we found this beautiful home to create and share memories. We survived tropical storm Ernesto thank God for the generator! The house was spacious and well equipped for everything from relaxing in the pool, cooking fabulous meals, playing games and being mesmerized by the spectacular view!

Perfect relaxation

The house was wonderful and relaxing, the morning sunrises were beautiful! Beautiful home and comfortable. The experience of driving on the left side was new to us. But fun! We did some shopping and visited all ends of the island. We met some friends dogs, and among other creatures. It was a great time. We only had one minor and i mean minor problem with the air in the kitchen but the owner was on top of it and it was fixed the next day. I fell in love with the covered porch. We watched cruise ships some in and sailboats sail by. I would stay here again.

A dream

What an amazing time we had. The property is so beautiful and very well maintained. The apartments were perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space, however the majority of the time we spent on the expansive veranda with the most stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Rosie was the sweetest little dog that visited us daily. She sure enjoyed her belly rubs. Tammy was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions and addressed our needs very quickly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely this stay and our entire vacation was. Book this property, you will not regret it.

We are from Oklahoma and are not able to stay at the villa for more than a few weeks at a time so we wanted to be able to share this beautiful experience with others, hoping our guests will fall in love with this awesome island too!
