This modern three bedroom oceanfront beauty is located in the popular Bayshore community of Waldport. Home features 3 bedrooms all on one main level, is beautifully furnished, and offers great outdoor space with a large deck, private hot tub, and a sand path direct to the beach. Youā€™ll also enjoy access to the seasonal pool for a fee at the Bayshore Beach Club, plus the neighborhood playground and tennis courts.

It's a well-run development.Probably, a team should be hired to just live in each rental unit and make upgrades later, according to their findings.While that may sound expensive, it will be money well spent; and in some cases prevent much more expensive repairs later.

House is great although a bigger tv in the living room would be appreciated. The nightstands in the main room are very, very low making them difficult to use. I couldn't find a cutting board. I wish there had been at least 1 coffee pod. We had to go bk out just to get coffee. As far as the platform i found the price per night incredibly misleading. All the added fees were ridiculous. Your charging me a cleaning fee yet there is a 1 page list of things i needed to clean on my own vacation. Do your own cleaning or don't charge me for it. Your also charging me taxes twice in my state that doesnt charge taxes. A hot tub fee? Come on. Though this property is fine i won't be using vrbo ever again do to the deceitful nature of "price per night". Im honestly surprised there wasnt a toilet paper fee or towel fee or electricity surcharge.

Hot tub is directly next to a public beach access path, so not great. Hot tub didnā€™t heat up for a full day, so couldnā€™t use first night or next morning. House full of flies and spiders. Had to unclog master bathroom sink after washing hands first time. Master bathroom toilet squealed when flushed and continuously squealed starting at midnight on the last night, had to turn of water to it. Fireplace didnā€™t work and made weird grinding noise when I turned it on. Dishwasher was full of wet, but still dirty dishes, as if it were run but didnā€™t work.

The house is beautiful, but the listing says there is an ocean view but there isn't. I was very relient on it for my disabled grandmother who can't walk to the ocean. The house also was not very clean. There was urine all over the toilet, there was garbage that blew out from under the couch, and there was 1 roll of toilet paper. It was kind of an inconvenience to pay the amount i paid and wasnt even able to see the ocean from the house. Their are also some broken blinds. We did really enjoy the hottub

Slice of beach heaven

Excellent property excelent stay. Hot tub was excellent. Beach is only about 30 yards away with a nice trail leading to it.had the beach to ourselves could walk forever and only come across a few people. If you have little ones bring a baby gate for the stairs. We brought a booster seat for at the dinner table. Short drive to everything in Newport, Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. Yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the crouds.

Family time

This was a start to the Summer get away for us and our granddaughters. The location of the house to the beach, having a hot tub, and being close to town and places like the Aquarium made this house a perfect spot for us. The house fit our group and was very comfy. We will keep it on our list and recommend it to others.

It's a perfect place to stay to relax by the beach and soak in the hot tub after long walks along the beach, close to newport for anything you need. My only complaint would be that the cook ware (pots/pans/colander) were very old and scratched/chipping making me not want to cook with them, i instead used the crockpot that was available. Over all a good place.

Waldport beach house

This place was fantastic! It was nice to have such great access to the beach, the house layout and amenities lent to a really great beach trip for our family. The host was responsive and check in/ out was easy. We would definitely seek this place out again.

Affordable beach stay

Overall was pretty good. I did notice that the floors in the living room had not been cleaned very well especially by the sofa and the coffee table was literally falling apart. The bedrooms were ample and clean, the hot tub made it worth the stay.

Fantastic time!!!

Beautiful home for a visit. Easy walk to beach right off the back deck. Clean, large space, football available when the weather didn't cooperate and the hot tub was great! No complaints!

Breathtaking! We took our 3 boys for a surprise night on the beach. When I say on the beach, the private access was phenomenal!! It is a little bit of a hike and the trail getting down to the ocean.. if youā€™re older or suffer with any physical ailments, I could definitely see it being a challenge. Very steep pathway. The house was extremely clean and just as pictured. It would be nice if the bbq was outside and not in the basement but Iā€™m sure there is a reason for that. My only complaints are that the hot tub was locked and the keys were misplaced. Communication was difficult and the host did not get back to us for several hours and the kids were anxiously awaiting and disappointed. The only other thing I will add is that there was no salt pepper cooking spray ect.. breakfast was interesting..every other vrbo Iā€™ve stayed at comes with cooking essentials. Overall 9/10. Hopefully will be booking again this summer! Gorgeous property with amazing views and bright night stars!!

Weekend away.

A couple friends and I stayed here for the weekendā€¦ check In and check out process was super easy. The house was clean, but pretty basic.. beds were okayā€¦kitchen not very well stockedā€¦ dinning table chairs were pretty dirty. Everything seemed pretty used. The hot tub, cooled down super fast and took all day to heat back up, I was pretty bummed about that. I wouldnā€™t stay here again.

Great location, good for a large group

Stayed with friends and we had a great weekend. Listing was as shown online. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is sparse, we were glad we brought pans and ended up having to buy a sponge and small bottle of dish soap. Check in process was smooth. Location is wonderful, right on the dunes!

Great location

We had everything we needed for our stay and home was in a great location to lots of other activities. Short walk to beach was easy and the beach was amazing! The only thing that threw me was that there was no air conditioning (I didn't think to look for AC in the list of options /amenities) and not being from the area didn't realize this is kind of normal -- the house was warm and musty but once we were able to open windows and turn on fans and let the air flow it was a nice temperature inside.

Come prepared

If you plan on cooking here, bring good pots and pans from home, as these items are really rough here. You will also want to bring salt, sugar, oil, coffee, etc. The house had zero of any of these items at the time of our stay. Liquid hand soap was missing, so if you prefer that, you will want to bring it. Thankfully, Instacart does deliver to this location so we quickly ordered what we needed. There is slso a decent grocery store located across the bridge in town. The deck needs work, it appears that they were painting the bathroom and forgot to remove the painters tape before our stay, the front door is tricky to open....you need to push the handle pretty hard and pull at the same time. The hot tub looked clean, but someone in our party ended up with hot tub rash. The good: the beds were comfy, the walk to the beach was nice, it qas a quiet location and we felt safe here. The locals were very pleasant. We walked to the south end to the bay and watched the seals laying on the sand, the beach is very clean.

Nice beach but house isn't

The location on the beach is very nice. The condition of the house doesn't match the photos in the listing. We booked and paid for 2 nights, but left after 1 night. Our experience wasn't good and the resultant interaction with the property management company was worse. We communicated with 3 different people, got the endless runaround, and overall, in the end, they were unhelpful & defensive. The entire experience was quite disappointing. As a result, we likely won't stay at a Meredith Lodging-managed property again.

What a great place

We came here to celebrate my best friends birthday. It was a really great stay. Plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind from a crazy work week. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. We loved that it was right on the beach. Just a short walk. The hot tub was a huge plus. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.
