Its patio doors have an entry to the large pool deck with beach views- a rarity for a condo in a high rise! No doubt this sunny opportunity will remind guests to take advantage of all the little extras life throws our way...or you could say to SEAS the day. The backyard of Gulfside 102 is all that a Destin vacationer could hope for! The aforementioned patio has entries to the living room and the master suite, and best of all it has palm tree speckled views of the glistening Gulf of Mexico- only a few steps away! The interior of 102 is equally a sight to SEA- cool tile floors, laden with nautical inspired décor in each bedroom along with flat screen TV's and comfortable furnishings. Plus, the kitchen boasts upgrades that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances- whether you're making coffee or preparing a feast it will be in stylish surroundings. So many amenities are available just for Hidden Dunes guests.
Choose to sunbathe in one of three pools, relax on the long stretch of private beach or simply enjoy a sunset on the patio as the Gulf spreads out before you. How a about a game of tennis or basketball and a leisurely walk with the family around the magnolias and the lake? Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
