We are disappointed to hear you were inconvenienced during your stay. As you pointed out, there is no good time to do maintenance but it must be done. Therefore, the Association committed to leaving one level of the underground parking open at all times and redirecting some cars to other common areas on the property. We are sorry you were inconvenienced and hope that your next Hidden Dunes vacation is seamless.

We are disappointed the community WIFI was not sufficient for your needs, fortunately, the Hidden Dunes HOA has added new individual modems to each of the units on property and we have seen a marked improvement in the internet service for our guests. Hidden Dunes roving security guards patrol the parking lots to ensure the cars have the correct pass to match the unit number and to stop any dangerous activity, but as you experienced it is difficult to enforce during the busiest weeks of the year. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused during your visit. We are happy that despite the hiccups in parking, you enjoyed your vacation. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach for your next vacation.
