We will only be accepting 4 or 5 bookings this summer, and no back-to-back bookings. This means there will be no rushed cleanings and we can work with you on check in and check out times.

We have been upgrading the house for our own use, so we have a number of recent improvements. The multi-stage AC system can barely be heard. New windows make the house much quieter. New landscaping has been installed. Several new Casper mattresses, new appliances, new pool/spa pumps and controllers, etc. New one gig speed internet provides more than enough bandwidth for everyone in your group.

Our villa features a main upstairs master suite with king bed; a downstairs bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; a downstairs bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck; two more upstairs bedrooms with king beds; and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Three of the beds have new Casper mattresses (two king and one queen). Two of the master suites are downstairs, the main master suite is upstairs. The downstairs also has a half bath. A total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second level.

The downstairs includes a private den/office with a sofa, desk, office chair and television. The 1 gig internet speed provides all the bandwidth you need.

The house includes smart seven televisions, including new 40 inch and 50 inch LED televisions. Direct TV streaming service, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are some of the streaming services loaded on the televisions.

The house is completely furnished and tastefully decorated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, streaming televisions, all towels and linens, and a private screened-in pool and spa (part of the pool system) which overlook lakes and a conservation area. The house backs to the conservation area for greater privacy, and has views of the lakes and a fountain.

Cumbrian Lakes is a premier gated community off of US 192 and Poinciana Blvd. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and the setting for the house is amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Shopping and restaurants (and Kripsy Kreme donuts!) are about a 5 minute drive away on US 192!
