Seaside Cottage is a cozy North Myrtle Beach duplex located one block from the stunning Atlantic Ocean. With beautiful oak trees and breathtaking views from the sun deck, you will be able to truly soak in all that the Grand Strand is famous for. Seaside Cottage #1 is the lower unit, and has recently remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. You can spend the day on the beach playing in the sand, watching the seagulls, and listening to the waves, and then come home to your fenced backyard with a pool, picnic tables, hammocks and a grill. Come to North Myrtle Beach and let Seaside Cottage be your home away from home. POOL AT THIS HOME IS OPEN FROM MID-MAY--SEPT. This rental unit has Roku/Internet TV -- bring your passwords. There are five televisions.

Reviewer Comments: We love this unit clean nice fenced backyard so we can let the dogs out some love the location close to Beach Access that has bathrooms water to clean off feet and easy to get on the beach. One of my Favs to go to no matter the time of year.

Overall this was an excellent value and location. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for a large or extended family. Great pool area and backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Latches to secure the exterior doors would have been nice to have with toddlers in the group.

Nice Get Away

Very nice place to stay. Only hold back was the green L shaped couch is no longer there, so less places to sit. Short walk to the beach and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Very quiet place and enjoyed our stay.

Great place with pool and close to the beach!!

The house was very clean and close to everything. The pool was great!! And Jeanne from the rental office was wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again if we visit the area again.

Nice location

Close to the beach (only a block away) and pet/kid friendly. Only drawback is the place is two floor condo and you can hear the upstairs neighbors move around a lot at night time. Otherwise we loved the place!

Prefect family bungalow

We loved our stay and the location was amazing!! You could see a little of the ocean from the front porch. Please consider updating the photo in the listing with the twin beds to the queen as we were a little confused. The beds were super comfy and the pool was a big hit. Perfect for our kids one under 2 and the other 8. The dogs also enjoyed their stay and the fenced in yard. Thank you!

Nice place with a lovely pool

Overall, The property is located within a very short walking distance to the beach and has a lovely pool that is often shaded by the live oak trees. We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the maintenance guy was top-notch. The check in process and overall communication with the rental company was different then any other rental company we’ve used but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We loved the location, and it was really nice having a pool. Here's what we wished had been better: Things could have been cleaner, and the kitchen wasn't in very good repair. There wasn't much storage space--for instance, nowhere to set things in one of the bathrooms and no closets. Also, we were a little confused about the check-in and checkout procedures. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Over the course of the week, everyone told me how happy they were with the house. Though there were a couple of items that needed slight repair, they did not take away from the house or our stay. Great location near the beach, the walk to the beach was quick and easy as well as our walk to the market and ice cream spot (Mr. G's, the owner is fantastic by the way!). Neighborhood was quiet overall and the pool, yard and outdoor areas were well maintained. It also was beneficial that no one stayed in the unit upstairs as there was no noice from above. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice rental with close proximity to the beach.

The house has improved over the years, it has great beds ( very important on a 2 week stay!) this past yea r there was a large increase in rent, & it appears it’s increasing again! I hope we’re able to rent in 2023

Missing many shelves in a refrig/freezer is a deal breaker for me at this property. hopefully, they will get a whole new one. also, if you plan to watch movies at night time as a family, not a good experience concerning that, had to set up beach chairs for this.

The perfect stay

What an amazing place! The cutest beach house, literally a 3 minute walk from the beach. You can see the ocean from the front patio. Just enough space. Property manager was always available for questions, as we traveled 10 hours and ended up going through a tropical storm. We felt comfortable, and well informed. During our stay, the AC stopped working for some odd reason. The appropriate people were contacted right away, we spent some hours on the beach, and the issue was resolved before we even returned. They sent a text notifying us. Everyone was extremely pleasant. We are so sad our vacation ended so fast, and we can’t wait to return! Will 10000000% rent this home again. I recommend anyone looking! Thank you tons. Ours kiddos don’t want to leave.

No frills GREAT value GREAT location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, this rental company can’t be beat. The only thing smoother than reserving the property was check in/check out. Easy, quick, & pleasant. We were even able to check in early on Saturday which was much appreciated as we have a baby. The property was utilitarian. There were no frills. I may also be spoiled from staying at AirBnBs. The beds were all a good size. You could sleep a lot of people in here. The floors were dirty on arrival but not the end of the world. The house is within walking distance of a bar, ice cream, and a restaurant. It’s across the street from the beach. The shining star was the pool in the back. It was shaded so sunscreen was not necessary. It was not huge but there was no one renting the top unit when we were there so we had it all to itself. The trade off for the shade was some flies and bugs but an easy fix with a trip to the store & worth it for the shade. All together a good stay.
