With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely garden and a securely fenced yard, it's a relaxed base for families and friends - and the dog is welcome too.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and the living areas - with your own private entrance and a securely fenced garden and yard. The property is pet-friendly (charges apply). Please note there is no lake access directly from the property; for direct lake access, it's a short walk around the corner to Ranginui Street.



The Neighborhood:

Lake View Inn sits on a peaceful, no-exit street in Ngongotahā, on the northwestern side of Lake Rotorua, with beautiful lake views from the property. There's no direct lake access from the section itself, but it's just a short walk around to Ranginui Street, where you'll also find productive trout fishing at the river mouth - bring your rod. Ngongotahā Village, about 2.5km away, has cafes, bakeries, a small supermarket and handy services including a doctor's surgery, pharmacy and mechanic, so you barely need to head into the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easiest with your own transport, and there's plenty of parking on site and on the street. The nearest bus stop is a short 300-metre walk away on Ranginui Street. By car, Zorb, Skyline and Canopy Tours are all around 8 to 10 minutes, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront about 17, Te Puia around 19, Rotorua Airport about 23, and the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest around 24.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 62 Mbps. The property is pet-friendly (charges apply). Please note there is no lake access directly from the property - the views are lovely, but for direct lake access it's a short walk around the corner to Ranginui Street.

This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
