Fantastic stay for our family’s 4th of July getaway! The condo was perfect—an easy walk to both the beach and town, which made everything super convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we loved having the outdoor picnic tables for meals and games. Beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept great. Would happily stay here again!

This property was very comfortable for our family of 3, everything was very clean, specially the towels and bed sheets, has perfect location, walking distance to the beach and the village which is lovely with plenty of restaurants, few ice cream shops, nice cafes, we had a great time staying in this apartment and will definitely recommend to family and friends

Property was clean, neat and comfortable. More room than we needed, but that just made it more of a value. Very close to entertainment and shopping. The closest public beach is maybe 7-10 minutes walk away. The beach cart was super-helpful; very thoughtful inclusion. Pool is on the smaller side, but with the Gulf so close, do you really need it? Regardless, it worked! Great communication, fantastic property, phenomenal experience.

Excellent location in the middle of everything!! Excellent property, very clean. Listing was very accurate. Host responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, just would not do it during spring break. Public parking would get very noisy and busy when Police were enforcing 10 pm noise ordinance.

Absolutely Relaxing and Perfect

Our stay was as expected! This completely renovated gem has it all and is close to all amenities! Morning Walks, Beach Time, Dinner, and drinks this gem is for you. Very well equipped and everything is easy to find. The owners have done an amazing job with this property so you can just show up, enjoy vacation, and leave.

This rental is located very conveniently -close walking distance to all the restaurants and shops . It has everything you need for a perfect vacation . The high quality Tommy Bahamas beach umbrella was a life saver and allowed us several long beach days without getting scorched. There is parking in front and in the back - the front parking was full when I arrived. I contacted the reference # and received a prompt return with quick solution ( there’s also parking in the back which Is just as convenient as the front) if you’re unable to get a water front rental with a great view this is your best alternative. There’s no great views but the privacy and comfort in the beachy & modern aesthetics is 5 stars.

Two week stay

Excellent location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. A great place to relax and enjoy some nice weather.

Great location and had everything you would need! Nice to have the pool right next door. Plenty of beach items including a cart which was a must! Would return!

Quiet restful stay

This was a great stay for our family with kids. Right by the pool, picnic area to sit at and read. All things were provided for us, even the beach stuff we didn’t think of. Excellent communication with the polite and helpful property manager. Great location, we parked our car and didn’t need to drive til we left for home.

Heart of Siesta Key

This property is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. We found it well-appointed, clean, and well-kept. I couldn't be happier about our decision to stay here. We’ll be back!

Great location!

This location was only 5 minutes from the village. There were beach towels, a wagon for the beach. The place was very clean. I would suggest deep cleaning the couch.
