With our dedicated staff, you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever!! In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Also, land/sea transfers from airport to villa and day or sunset excursions aboard our top-model Aquila Catamaran. It's equipped with the latest foil technology for a super-fast, very smooth ride.

No Stairs or hills; this is a level property, perfect for those that are physically impaired, in wheel chairs, or very young children.

Cruz Bay Town is only about a 5-minute drive and the grocery stores are within a few minutes drive.

Totally renovated, original artwork from around the world, professionally landscaped and directly on the beach with kayaks, stand-up paddle boards & snorkeling gear. Life Jackets in various sizes are available also. The sea is very calm, great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Frequently seen are large sea turtles.

The Palms consists of 2 attached villas each with separate entrances and patios. They each have 3 king bedrooms (Largest king bedroom has sleeper sofa full size with foam mattress) All the bedrooms are en suite, there is a separate powder room off the foyer. Each unit is over 3000 sq feet for a total of over 6000 sq feet. It is a perfect for 2 or more families that want to travel together but want a little separation, or one large multi- generational family with adults in one unit and younger adults/ kids in the other unit, the possibilities are endless. Each of The Palms units can also be rented separately.
