To clarify a few points for future guests, the check-in code provided at check-in was correct; however, there was some difficulty operating the lockbox, and a member of our team promptly came to assist you on-site. Similarly, the TV remote was located on the shelf directly beneath the television, and our staff was happy to help locate it during your stay. The property listing accurately reflects the amenities offered. It does not advertise a dishwasher, air conditioning, or a generator, and the location, including proximity to Route 28 and distance to the beach, is clearly shown in both the description and map. We encourage all guests to review these details carefully when selecting a property to ensure it aligns with their preferences. Regarding the power outage, this was an area-wide issue that lasted approximately four hours and was outside of our control. While the generator did experience a malfunction, we made efforts to address the situation as quickly as possible under the circumstances. We do appreciate your comments regarding cleanliness and outdoor amenities and will review these items with our team to ensure they meet our standards moving forward.
