We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, very clean, and cozy. It was such a lovely place to relax and unwind. The only minor downside was that it got a little warm inside, and unfortunately, someone in a neighboring condo was smoking, which made it difficult to open the windows for fresh air. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how beautiful and comfortable the space was!

Our Condo was comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. . The location was handy, and I loved having Whole Foods right across the street! Thank you to the host for always being available and prompt and responsive. We'd stay here again.

Very cozy condo for our family of 4 with young children. Walkable to restaurants, grocery, lake. Place was very clean when we arrived. Like others have said the road noise is loud, but cannot really hear it with the doors closed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo. It is in a smaller hotel like building that could use some upgrades. Small but perfect for two people. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. The bed was very comfortable. It does face the street so it is loud if you open the sliding doors but quiet with them closed. The whole complex is in a beautiful setting and this unit is close to their private beach which is worth every penny! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean condo. Easy self check in and I really appreciated how the host checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely rent again!

It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another, due to building restrictions around the lake. Many of our guests find the potential ambient road noise a fair tradeoff for the prime location/walkability of the unit to the lake, restaurants, and grocery stores. For future guests to note, the pictures of the unit are updated and accurate. We hope we can host you again soon!

Perfect Condo for a Weekend Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend away hitting the slopes at Heavenly. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed walking the grounds, visiting the lake, and winding down in the hot tub.

Clean and center of town

Clean place, basic amenities. Older building and faces the main road so you can hear road noise at all hours of the day but otherwise perfectly fine stay.. Good location.

The balcony at this unit does face the street and also shares walls with other guests, so this is great information for future guests to note. There is a thick sliding glass door to the balcony that helps block most noise. Also, Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. Location is perfect

Love being able to walk to everywhere in town. Room was very clean. Outdoor areas are very clean and monitored closely. We will return soon.

Holiday Retreat

Beautiful home with stunning views of the Lake. Kitchen well stocked with spices & some condiment items. Lots of dishes, pots & pans availabile. Beds super comfy. Host very friendly easy to contact. Will definitely book again.

Lakeland apartment

The apartment was just as described with some nice touches. Very comfortable and well located. The apartment was well stocked with all the necessities like towels, paper, products, and even some coffee and tea. Excellent communications and responsiveness throughout.

For future guests to note, this home is located in the Lakeland Village resort which is on the water. The condo itself is about 100 yards to the beach. Nice place with great access

This is a nice 1 BR place in the heart of South Tahoe. Although this unit doesn't have a lake view, the complex has a great private beach, lakeside pool and hot tub. This unit has some nice upgrades and includes an AC unit which was nice to use after a long day of hiking. We also like the full kitchen. It saves some of the cost of meals out by making breakfast and lunch. Overall a great place for the price.

Clean and close to Lake and Stateline

The communication was phenomenal! The condo is very clean. As mentioned in other reviews the Hiway is close so you do hear traffic, however we loved being able to walk down to the lake, restaurants, and Stateline. The only complaint is the living room furniture needs to be replaced as the couch and chairs are worn out and uncomfortable. But the bed is comfortable so we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Close to lake

Apartment nice and well equipped. It was nice to prepare some meals. Laundry services close. It was right on route 50 and we heard a lot of road noise. The resort property itself is a bit worn and in need of an upgrade.

For future guests to note, there have been renovations made to the lodge portion of Lakeland Village this summer - so that will be updated for future guests. Also, Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another, due to building restrictions around the lake. Lakeland Village is located off of highway 50, which makes it convenient and able to be right on the beach. Clean and cozy

The property is in an ideal location- down the road from Heavenly Village, casinos, grocery stores, boutique shopping and plenty of restaurants. The condo was very clean and cozy for a party of 2, but the bathroom is much smaller than expected. The decor is great, as well as the general instructions to check-in & out. Thank you for the extra attention to details.

Close to a beach, in the center of South Lake Tahoe, excellent exploratory trip.

The property was a nice hub for our active days, stayed with my wife and two young boys who share the sofa bed. The pools were a highlight, the property had security and parking and was on the lake, good entry level visit to tahoe for us. The property was pleasant and of good value. I’m a very light sleeper and the road noise in the master did not bother me (Other reviews had me nervous). The boys also like walking to the beach. Overall no major hiccups. Property owner is very responsive.
