Sea Coast Gardens III 409 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that resides in an oceanfront complex along New Smyrna Beach's no-drive shore. This getaway is perfect for a family of six as it not only provides a comfortable interior and ideal location, but also an ocean view to enjoy from the balcony. Golden walls and honey-toned wood flooring give this space a warm, home-like appeal. Begin settling into your beach retreat by putting your groceries away in the cheery kitchen. This area is arrayed in seaside hues from the bright blue walls to the chic white cabinetry and appliances. If cooking doesn't take you out of vacation mode, you'll find yourself opting to stay in and make your favorite meals. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, a kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, and more are provided to make meal prep a breeze.

While family dinners may be hard to squeeze in at home, you and yours will love the opportunity to eat together around the dining room table. The farmhouse style table seats six and is conveniently located near the kitchen pass-through window.

Though most evenings will be spent walking on the beach, you'll love the cozy alternative of relaxing in the living room. The living area has a sleeper sofa and a leather loveseat and chair. Snack on popcorn and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV that's equipped with cable and a DVD player.

Before the sky fades to night, step out onto the fourth floor balcony to say goodnight to your favorite view. The balcony not only has a view of the crashing waves, but also looks onto the two Olympic-sized swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, and complex grounds. Kick back in one of the provided chairs and end the day listening to the white noise of the ocean.

When your eyes grow heavy, say your good nights and retire to the master bedroom. Arrayed in sea blues and wicker accents, this bedroom has a light cottage-like feel that you'll be smitten with. A king bed, accent chair, and flat-screen TV are provided. The bathroom is located nearby and accommodates with a sliding glass walk-in shower and granite-top vanity.

Up to three guests can comfortably share the guest bedroom. Two twin beds and a trundle make this an ideal space for the kids. Similar to the master suite, a flat-screen TV and plenty of dresser space are provided. The guest bathroom has a standard bathtub and plenty of bath linens.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, a sleeper sofa, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs, and a designated parking space.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
