Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad you found the unit clean and comfortable and enjoyed the pool. We’re sorry the weather didn’t cooperate during your visit — unfortunately, even Canada’s only desert can’t guarantee sunshine every day! Osoyoos is known for its warm, dry climate and beautiful lake, so extended rainy stretches are certainly not what our guests typically experience. The good news is that there are also lots of great restaurants, shops, wineries and indoor activities around town when Mother Nature decides to change the plans. We hope you’ll come back and visit us again — hopefully next time with plenty of sunshine!

The dock is still available to all guests of the property. The access code to the pier is included in the welcome email with the checkin directions. All guests are encouraged to reach out to us with any concerns they may have. Where we can't change the depth of the pool, we will try to do what we can to make your stay enjoyable!

Hi Trish, Thanks for providing a review. We take our responsibility as a premier host seriously. We encourage any guests that feels we are not providing a 5 star experience to reach out. Our suite hosts a maximum of 7 guests and there are 2 full sets of bath towels (14) and a drawer full of dishcloths as well as onsite laundry if you go through all the towels before the end of your stay.
