Great rental for going around South Lake Tahoe. The office staff great. Bear’s were around. Which were fun to see at a distance.

Beautiful Lakeside/mountain Retreat

This townhouse is perfectly located for easy access to Heavenly and is right on the lake.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

We had a great stay while skiing at Heavenly. Location and shuttle service were very convenient. The home was exceptionally clean had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Lovely property, close to everything. Less than a mile from heavenly Village. Enjoyed the private beach and hot tub on property.

Karen, thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our home's prime location. We appreciate your feedback as well. Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have inspected the mattress to make sure a replacement is not needed. Also, air conditioning is certainly a rare find in Tahoe, which is why we provide portable fans in every bedroom. For future guests, we always recommend leaving the blinds closed during the day, then opening the windows in the evening to let in the brisk mountain air. Bike trip

It was very dark downstairs in the bedrooms. And the carpet was mildewy. The location was great though with great amenities!

Incredible rental in an absolutely fantastic community

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay at 406. The unit was warm and inviting, as well as spotless. We had more than enough space between the three bedrooms and living spaces. Extra blankets, towels, and other helpful items were provided.The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook meals, including pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and a full set of spices (which you don’t often see at a rental). Plus, there was a coffee maker with coffee at the ready, a hot water machine for pour-overs and tea, and a toaster to prepare our breakfast sandwiches.The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was nice and quiet as we slept peacefully through the nights. As a bonus, there are TVs in the rooms in case you want to relax in bed. There’s also two bathrooms so you are more than covered.This unit includes many incredible amenities. For example, there’s a gym, sauna, multiple pools, a hot tub, community center, dock, firepits, and private beach. During the day we strolled on the quiet beach, and one night we walked out on the dock and felt like we were standing in the middle of the lake, gazing up at the star-filled sky.Check in was a breeze. The property management company made it so easy to do self-check-in and were always prompt to communicate back to us.I highly recommend staying here.

Great location being a 5 minute drive to Stateline, and close to everything with a Safeway practically across the street. The place was just perfect, as we felt right at home, and so comfortable. Lots of clean towels available to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. Whole Foods was just across the street. Food, shopping, and activities less than a mile away in either direction from the townhouse.
