The open-concept great room makes you feel right at home in the heart of Tahoe. With a 3 person couch, two recliners, and a comfy lounge chair, you can gather around near the fire for a family movie night on the 52" TV. This room features cable TV, a Blu-ray player, smart tv and a large gas fireplace.

Plenty of room in kitchen to make family meal time magic. With granite counter tops, white appliances, 5 glass stovetop burners, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes helpful appliances such as a toaster, drip coffee maker, and microwave!

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 42” TV, ensuite bath, and backyard access through a sliding glass door. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and heat lamp. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with queen beds and 42” TVs, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and extra counter space.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date & receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
